Great service and location
Cold Eggs Benedict at breakfast for 4 days in a row. I suggest using a hotline / hot lamp in the kitchen along with hot plates.

The incredible location and surroundings, the sea, and everything nature.
What was booked: beautiful bungalow with private pool.
What we got: possibly one of the oldest bungalows they have, no privacy, super old, dirty, CONSTRUCTION 8:30-16:00 every day of our stay:) we were offered in exchange guess what? A room
in the Arion building which is “much bigger at no extra charge”. After explaining to the lovely staff that we booked a bungalow with a private pool, not a room for our extended family we were offered another bungalow which was… also near the construction haha.
To say that we were upset to be stuck on this “vacation” is to say nothing.
Please dear hotel, invest in some new mattresses, kettles, irons, it’s really embarrassing with what you charge to give us such conditions.
Please also hire competent staff to clean the rooms. The rooms are dirty. The outside pool area is also dirty. Elementary example: pool towels were never changed.
Some friendly advice for other clients, skip the greek tavern restaurant and go somewhere else, or order room service, food is not fresh (neither vegetables, nor the fish). We personally liked BeefBar Restaurant. Breakfast was ok, but also lacking. I feel bad critiquing, because some of the people working there are warm and hardworking, but it’s the truth: we would never come back. Thank you.
