Kind owner

The owner is very kind, like to talk about the area (National park Krka and the rivers there) and suggest where to go for a trip. The property is quite big (1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen) and the terrace in front. Also parking place is near / part of the property.

There were no air conditioner, only freestanding fans for rooms (my mistake - I didn't check it prior reservation)... it is very hard to deal with the heat inside when the outside temperature is around 35 Celsius, but maybe this can be suggestion for the future Also one thing to highlight - it is not for tall people, because the ceiling is low ... unfortunately this is something that our kind owner cannot do much about

Just dont choose this place.

I'll just say that we didn't like it so much that we searched for a place somewhere else and left 3 days earlier, not wanting any money back. Place isn't spacious at all and the ceiling is really low, we're tall and had to bend our heads all the time, especially in bathroom. The bathroom itself was rather appalling, we had to wear our water shoes during shower. In general there were lots of spiders and bugs everywhere, i got a rush from the bed, my boyfriend got an allergy.... There is no possibility to pay extra for AC, as stated in the description. Theres a barbecue outside, on photos it seems like you could use it but it's packed with sth/rubbish - out of use. In general we just didn't feel like doing anything there... And left. And lastly, the host doesn't speak English. I told her first day it was scary - she didn't understand, the next day I told the host there were bugs and it's dirty - she replied "Oki doki", so there was no point to discuss anything, but when we left I received couple messages in Croatian that said I should talk to her rather than leaving.... I really, reaaaally didn't enjoy our staying and maybe I wouldn't be so harsh, but the Host didn't respond to my complaints and was rather rude afterwards. She even wrote me that it is my fault I'm claustrophobic......

Pleasant stay in an authentic apartment

The apartment is very authentic, with lots of homely touches. It's a very short walk to the lake, and the neighborhood is peaceful.

Très bon séjour à Bilice !

Accueil très chaleureux de Gordana, appartement dans un village calme à proximité de la plage et de restaurants. Très bien pour quelques nuits pour aller à Krka !

Naprosto skvělá a přeochotná domácí! Zlomila jsem si ruku, starala se o mne, vozila mne na poliklin.

Loalita skvělá, v září klid, nádherné plaby vlastním člunem do Šibeniku i CHKO Krka, 5 m od člunu dováděli delfíni, kteří nás provázeli většinu cesty, výlet autem na Makarskou, prohlídka starého Šibeniku aj.

Nelíbily se nám úzké uličky pro auta, jen pro skvělé řidiče. Také dost komárů.

Es war super schön, die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und wir haben immer eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen bekommen. Meine Kinder waren von den vielen Katzen begeistert die dort überall rum gelaufen sind.

Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, jederzeit wieder ☺️

Wir hatten vom 5.7-21.7.2025 eine wunderbare Zeit bei der absolut liebenswerten Gordana ☺️ Die Herzlichkeit der Kroaten ist bekannt, aber Gordana hat das Level noch einmal erhöht ! Wir haben uns sehr zuhause gefühlt & die gestellte Unterkunft hat absolut alles bereit gehalten was man brauchte ☺️ Zum Empfang standen Snacks & Bonbons bereit, sie hatte uns in den 2 Wochen frisches Obst , selbst gebackenen Kuchen & selbstgekochtes gebracht ☺️ Wir wurden quasi rundum verwöhnt. In ihrem schönen Garten "leben" viele Straßenkatzen, die wir nur zu gern mit versorgt haben ☺️ Viele von ihnen sind sehr zutraulich und kuschelig, für uns als Katzenmenschen ein Riesen Pluspunkt ❤️ Bilice hat tolle kleine Restaurants die einen schon ab Mittags mit dem Wichtigsten unten am Strand versorgen , auch eine Dusche ist vorhanden um das Salzwasser abzuwaschen . Wir fanden es wunderschön & kommen sehr gern wieder !

- im Bad war kurzzeitig eine Ameisen Plage, es wurde sich aber sofort gekümmert - der Kühlschrank ist kaputt gegangen, Ersatz wurde schnell besorgt - ab & aufgestellt haben aber wir xD - keine leichte Gegend für Autos...die Auffahrt sowie der Parkplatz sind keine leichte Nummer, da muss man die "Zähne gerade in den Mund" nehmen

Savršeno mjesto za odmor blizu Šibenika i Zadra!

Apartman se nalazi vrlo blizu mora (samo 2 minute pješke), ima parkirno mjesto, a gospođa domaćica je jako simpatična i komunikativna. Apartman je idealan za 2 do 4 osobe (ima krevet i kauč), ima dovoljno prostora za kuhanje i mali balkon na kojem možete uživati u jutarnjoj kavi :) Mały apartament, wystarczający dla 2-4 osob (jest łóżko plus rozkładana kanapa) z kuchnią, oddzielnym wejściem i balkonem, gdzie mozna wypić poranną kawę z super widokiem. Bardzo blisko morza - wystarczy zejść 2 minuty ulicą i już jesteśmy na plaży. Właścicielka sympatyczna i pomocna. Serdecznie polecam :)

Ruhiger Sufenthslt in Bilicer mit schöner Terasse am Ortsrand , sehr nah am Meer. Für diesen Preis absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Nähe zum Meer. Man war nach ca 50 Meter am Strand

Bad und Schlafzimmer waren nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt.In der Küche gab es kein heißes Wasser War angeblich vor 10 Tagen kaputt gegangen. Wurde aber bei der Ankunft nicht gesagt.
