Guest House Ivana

Really nice and homely, very welcoming host. All amenities that you could want and good distance to the old town with great buses and supermarket next door. Also love the cats and dogs who live there.

The location for buses into old town was good, and also if you are coming off sailboat cruise , its a short walk. Close to fresh food market and great supermarket. Beds were comfortable. Owner is flexible is she can, we were able to check in early. Loved to have the option of top layer of cotton sheet instead of a dooner like all of Europe. Nice little outdoor area to eat.

Only a small standing fan in 1 room, I would not stay after first week in June . Bathroom is tiny if you are a size 20 you may struggle. You are sharing the family home so owner does pop up unexpectedly, so no nudy runs. No plug for kitchen sink so washing dishes was hard, also no hot water it seemed in kitchen so we boiled the jug. The freezer either did not work or was turned off. You would want to like cats as there are a number, kept door close when food was out as they were interested. Please ensure you get lessons on how to open and close the external door, very tricky. I would not want to do it of a night time.

Había insectos dentro de la casa, estaba sucia y vieja. A veces olía a pescado y no sabíamos de dónde venía el olor. La casera estaba todo el tiempo controlándonos. Poca intimidad. Sospechamos que entró en la casa sin permiso.
