Newly-redecorated flat situated on the Paseo Maritimo de Aguadulce, overlooking the sea.
The apartment of two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), one bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen and an amazing terrace with sea view. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, TV and also washing machine. Fully furnished with all necessary new appliances and everything you need, included bed linen and towels. We provide a free parking spot near the apartment.

Aguadulce is very vibrant and lively in the summer and there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and chiringuitos where you can eat, drink and have fun. The beach is right in front of the flat.
Aguadulce is close to Almeria (10km) and to Roquetas de mar (7km), all means of transport are within a walking distance.

Spotless , wonderfully kitted out, all modern appliances, and the balcony was to die for. The positioning couldn't have been better and it is exactly as it is shown in the photos. Aguadulce itself is a little gem of a place and we ate some of the best food we have ever had at really good prices. Whilst not much English was spoken the locals and restaurant and bar staff went out of their way to be helpful. What a wonderful change from what we experience in England. So just back yesterday leaving behind 30c and wall to wall sunshine and waking up this morning at home where its cold and chucking it down 😢

Wow, Vorhang auf, Strand, Meer und Berg. Super schön. Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll und modern gestaltet. Kleine Abnutzungserscheinungen, die uns nicht gestört haben. Parkplatz vor der Türe kein Problem - allerdings im Dezember. Am Wochenende schon Lärm von den Nachtschwärmern, in der Saison wahrscheinlich erheblicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Fragen mit Google-Übersetzer immer lösen. Creepy die Wendeltreppe zur Terrasse.

La distribución de la casa es buena, para poner la lavadora es un poco incómodo tener que bajar por una trampilla que hay en el suelo de la terraza y con escalera de caracol😳
