About this cottage rental
Situated in a small village in the center of the country, 5 minutes from the beach, 2km from the entrance to the A8 S. Martinho do Porto / Alfeizerão and just 1 hour from Lisbon, the House of the Grandparents is the ideal place for a few days of tranquility between the countryside and the beach.
Private accommodation consists of 2 apartments. Apartment in the R / C with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Apartment on the 1st floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Parking in private courtyard, garden and pool, Wi-Fi, cleaning and change of linen 1 time per week included.
This is the house which was my grandparents, where I spent much of my childhood especially in the summer holidays. It's a simple but very friendly house in which to relax and total relaxation.
We have everything close by, grocery, bakery, pastry and even a florist. We are 5 minutes from the beach S. Martinho do Porto, 15 minutes from the beach of Nazareth, Beach MAKE Arelho, Alcobaça and Obidos.

Casa acolhedora e pitoresca com tudo o que é necessário, piscina espetacular com espaço envolvente bem verdinho e sossegado. Tivemos um miminho de boas vindas com um pão caseiro e chouriço muito bons. Estava receosa pelo eventual barulho do piso de cima, conforme descrito noutros comentários, mas não tenho razão de queixa. Em suma, gostamos muito só tive pena de não ser por mais tempo.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável, ótimo local para desfrutar do sossego e poder passear com vários locais de interesse e diferentes praias.

Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus. Heureusement, il n’a pas plu et nous étions presque toujours dehors...
