About this apartment rental
Les Arcs 1800 station, in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, direct access by the TGV train station of Bourg Saint Maurice then directly by the Les Arcs funicular then by the free shuttle to the residence.
Residence Aiguille Grive 1, in the quiet district of Charmettoger.
GPS coordinates: 45 ° 34'08. 3 "N 6 ° 46'44. 5" E
The residence has a convenience store / bakery / pizzeria, laundromat, ski rental shop.
It is 5 minutes walk from the Center of the Station and the shops of the Villards district and close to the Piou Piou Club for the little ones.
Covered parking (on reservation) and stop of the free bus shuttle at the foot of the building.
Cozy duplex of 34 m2, tasteful decoration, in the preserved design of the architect Charlotte Perriand, 5th floor, very sunny, facing south-west with open views of the valley.
Ground floor, Entrance with storage, ski area, living-dining room with sofa, American kitchen, bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
Upstairs, a separate master bedroom (double bed) with tv in the bedroom and a children's bedroom with 3 sleeping places (3 single beds).
The kitchen was completely renovated in the fall of 2018, including the appliances.
Very pleasant sunny terrace with deckchairs and outdoor table (wood from the terrace completely replaced in summer 2018)
Equipments: fridge, vitro hob, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave) Tv lounge, TV parental bedroom, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Radio CD, fondue and raclette set, sleds for children, books and games cards available.
Ski-to-door departure at the end of the corridor (Charmettoger chairlift). Transarc cable car 3 mins walk to the center of the station.

We stayed in Dec 24 for 6 days for skiing. A great on-piste apartment, excellent location, well equipped and well managed. Would stsy again.

Cute little apartment with lovely views from the main bedroom. Perfect for access to the ski area and charmetogger chair lift. Apartment has everything you need to self cater. Would definitely rebook.

this was a really nice place to stay for a family of 5.... it was compact... but still managed to feel homely and uncluttered. the location was superb... the appartment block itself was a bit of a maze.... but once you get to grips with it its great.... specifically the location of this appartment within the block was brilliant.... with ski to and from... popping back for a quick lunch or to pick up family members who have slept late was easy!! i would recommend this appartment to anyone.... (although dont bother with the wifi box.... it works off 4g so its cheaper to buy more data for your phone)

Lovely balcony, good facilities. Excellent ski out location. If you are tall, upstairs would be difficult due to low ceiling. If towels & linen are hired they must be returned to conceirge on departure day.
