Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man ist von dort aus in 10 min langsam zu Fuß im Zentrum der Stadt oder in 10 min im Wald um zu wandern. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung modern eingerichtet und es war alles da was man braucht. Besonders geeignet für Mieter mit Hund, da direkt am Storchenturm der alte Friedhof liegt und man dort super mit dem Hund eine Runde drehen kann.
Ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt. In unserer Wohnung wäre mir im Wohnessbereich eine Eckcouch lieber gewesen, als ein Doppelbett was man zusätzlich zu den 4 Betten eh nicht nutzt, aber wie gesagt das ist meine subjektive Meinung.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig und doch sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Wir waren im Hochsommer im Erdgeschoss - es war schön kühl.
Wir waren mit 2 Jugendlichen unterwegs. Es gab zwar genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten, aber die waren nicht ausreichend getrennt (keine 2 richtigen Schlafzimmer).

Sehr schön war die direkte Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Zum Wohl fühlen am Abend hatten wir diese sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Das nette Vermieterpaar war stets ansprechbar und Hilfsbereit.
