Casa Osmanto I is a cozy and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps four people. From Casa Osmanto I you will enjoy a spellbinding view of Lake Como. Casa Osmanto I is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the lake, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Vercana, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the local bus and the beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
Casa Osmanto I is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area by way of an elevator.
To stay at Casa Osmanto I you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of Lake Como. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden along an external stairway. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The wellness room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The wellness room is open all year round, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garage. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Parking

Terrace

The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include a leather sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist schon super. Die Zimmer waren gepflegt, sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sehr weich, Federkern und für 2 Personen mit einer großen Matratze sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn sich eine Person dreht. Die Spiralen haben sehr laut gequetscht, das sollte man wissen. Ein paar mehr Regalböden als Ablage Fläche und auch Handtuch Halter im Bad wären schon hilfreich gewesen. Die Dusche war sehr klein aber funktionierte einwandfrei. An den Schlafzimmerfenstern liefen viele andere Urlauber vorbei, die zum Pool hinauf wollten, somit hatten wir die Vorhänge auch tagsüber geschlossen. Ein paar bequeme Auflagen auf den harten Kunststoffliegen am Pool hätten wir uns gewünscht. Der Vermieter sprach leider nur italienisch, so dass wir ihn nichts fragen konnten aber er war sehr nett und hat uns auch nur die Schlüssel übergeben und die Wohnung kurz gezeigt. Man sollte wissen dass die Auffahrt zu den Parkplätzen wahnsinnig steil und in der letzten Kurve unübersichtlich ist. Nichts für PKW Anfänger oder PS schwache Autos. Ich selbst habe mich kein mal getraut, diese Auffahrt hoch oder herunter zu fahren. Eine Ampel regelt jedoch die Befahrbarkeit von beiden Seiten. Parkplätze waren überdacht und daher bei der Hitze sehr angenehm. Zum Ort runter läuft man eine knappe halbe Stunde und zurück ca. 40 Minuten steil bergauf. Sonst hätte man jedoch nicht solch eine schöne Aussicht, besonders beim Sonnenuntergang. Mit den anderen Urlaubern hängt man schon draussen ziemlich dicht aufeinander da die Balkone nur durch eine kleine tiefe Vorrichtung voneinander getrennt sind.
Die Lage fanden wir nicht so günstig da etwas einsam oben im hohen Norden und die nächsten guten Fährverbindungen erst in Menaggio waren. Von Domaso aus fuhr lediglich einmal am Tag um 10.00 Uhr eine Fähre ab und abends wieder zurück. Die meisten Ausflüge haben wir in den Westen/Süden getätigt, wo es am meisten zu besichtigen gab, das bedeutete jedoch immer längere PKW Fahrten.
Die Unterkunft war geräumig und für ital. Verhältnisse war die Küche ganz gut ausgestattet.
Bei der Lage gibt es Abzüge, alles andere war in Ordnung.
