About this house rental
For lovers of the green while staying close to the ocean, away from the tourist crowd, the Escapade gite is located near the Martinière canal and its aquatic activities. You will also be 1 km from the Loire cycling routes and its natural environment and 25 km from the beaches.
All shops are accessible on foot.
In the surrounding area, you can go canoeing, tree climbing, paintballing, water skiing, visiting animal and leisure parks.
On the ground floor you will find a bright, well-equipped kitchen which opens onto a large living room equipped with a fireplace with insert. In the lounge area you have a sofa convertible into a 130 x 190 bed. You will also find the bathroom and the separate toilet. The kitchen gives access by a large picture window to a terrace equipped with a table, 8 chairs, a parasol and a barbecue. And then you will find the quiet walled garden with its 300 square meters of lawn.
Upstairs you have a landing which gives access to three bedrooms: the first is equipped with a 90 x 190 bed and a chest of drawers; in the second you have a 160 x 200 bed which can be installed in 2 80 x 200 beds and a dressing room, in the second you also have a 160 x 200 bed which can be installed in 2 80 x 200 beds and a chest of drawers.
Baby equipment can be loaned on request (high chair, bed, bath)
Bed linen and towels (a towel and a bath towel / person) are included in the price of the stay.
Bicycles are available, as well as fishing equipment for beginners.
You will have access to a terrace equipped with a large table, 6 chairs, a parasol. You will find a barbecue there to spend pleasant moments. And then you will find the quiet walled garden with its 300 square meters of lawn.
A badminton game for four is also available.
Ideally located near Pornic, Nantes and St-Nazaire, it makes it possible to shine and to visit the region…

This house has a lot of history but was a comfortable home for our holiday.

Die Gîte de l'Escapade empfing uns mit einem Geschenk unserer Gastgeber (Blumen, Wein, Brioche), durch das wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Dies zeigte direkt die herzliche Wertschätzung, die Isabelle und Denis ihren Gästen entgegenbringen. Nicht zuletzt aus diesem Grund klappte die Verständigung in verschiedenen Sprachen sehr gut, wir bekamen interessante Informationen und haben auch viel gelacht. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus mit dicken Mauern, so dass sich die Hitze nicht so leicht einschleichen kann. Sie ist sehr schön ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und angenehm hoch, die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher sind qualitativ hochwertig. In allen Zimmern gibt es Fensterläden vor dem Fenster und innen zusätzlich Vorhänge. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern waren die Geräusche von der Straße kaum zu hören, sogar die zufällig gerade durchgeführten Arbeiten an der Straße vor dem Haus haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Garten ist ein Knaller, schön bepflanzt, mit einer Sitzgruppe und mehreren Sonnenliegen bestückt. Durch die verschiedenen Bäume kann man sich immer aussuchen, ob man im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen möchte. Es gibt in der Umgebung reichlich Parkplätze, auf denen man sein Auto sicher abstellen kann. Das Haus liegt ganz in der Nähe der Kirche in Frossay, auf deren Vorplatz Donnerstags ein schöner kleiner Markt stattfindet. Dort findet man auch die Boulangerie (empfehlenswert), nicht weit ist eine Epicerie für die Dinge des täglichen Lebens. Von Frossay aus kann man vielfältige Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Hierzu findet man im Haus viele hilfreiche Prospekte, aber auch die Empfehlungen der Gastgeber Isabelle und Denis waren Gold wert (vielen Dank für den Tipp mit der Fähre von Trentemoult nach Nantes!). Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und beneiden schon heute alle zukünftigen Gäste um die schöne Zeit, die sie dort verbringen werden.

Nous avons passé un court séjour durant les fêtes de fin d'année dans le logement.
Le charme de l'ancien, le confort moderne, des propriétaires agréable et disponible.. bref un séjour parfait.
