About this villa rental
Located in the heart of Tuscia Villa Margot is the ideal location for stays focused on relaxation for groups and families. In just 40 minutes by car you reach Rome Fiumicino, just a few minutes you will be immersed in the quaint old town of Trevignano Romano on Lake Bracciano and in the picturesque center of Sutri. A few steps separate us from Terre dei Consoli, where we played a stage of the European Challenge Tour, and from the Golf National field.
Villa Margot was born from an old farmhouse of the '40s completely restored with valuable elements and accessories of refined aesthetic taste.
The Villa is on two floors for a total of 8 beds. The double bedroom in the lower floor has an adjoining bathroom with window and shower and heated towel rail. The warm and welcoming salon has a central fireplace and television. The dining area has 6 to 15 seats. The brand new kitchen makes available all the necessary appliances for the guests: an oven, a built-in fryer, an induction hob and a traditional hob, a very pleasant rotating pantry, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. In the nearby hallway there is also a washing machine. The lower floor, finely clad with an antique natural terracotta floor, connects with the upper floor thanks to a newly constructed wooden staircase.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has a private bathroom in the room, while the other two have a shared bathroom. The warm parquet floor makes the atmosphere cozy and will make you feel at home. The Suite double room also has a private outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and the splendid panorama of the Tuscia hills.
All the bathrooms of the Villa are equipped with soap kit, soap dispenser holder. There will also be shampoo and shower gel baths for guests. A central air-conditioning system with a hot-cold method heats and cools the two floors and individual rooms separately.
The estate surrounding Villa Margot is available to guests with a delightful sun terrace, an outdoor barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool and an 8-seater hot tub and a ping-pong table. Villa Margot is video surveillance with the presence of cameras along the entire perimeter, fenced and alarmed. The gratings are present in all the windows.
The annex is a large multi-purpose room designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. A beautiful restored "Restaldi" pool table and a table football await you to challenge yourself with friends and family.

Dream villa. The exterior grounds are perfection with huge terraces including outdoor furniture/umbrellas and gorgeous swimming pool and plunge pool. The views are breathtaking! The main electric gate also has a video entry system that can be answered inside the villa providing safety inside the compound. The villa is huge with high ceilings everywhere. Super comfortable large living room with TV, fireplace, two sofas, chaise longue and table and chairs. We spent many happy hours in the dining room eating all our meals as the chairs were so comfortable. The kitchen is another level! It was as equipped as any chef's kitchen with no shortage of gas burners and even a deep fat fryer! Plates, glasses, pans, utensils, appliances galore and in great condition. No microwave. The tap water tasted yummy! I slept in the bedroom and used the fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor. The shower's pressure almost blew me through the wall! LOL. We all commented on how good the water pressure was. The combo washer/dryer in the utility room worked great and we hung out our clothes to dry outside on the racks (with pegs) that were provided. My two friends took two of the three bedrooms upstairs complete with terraces, one en-suite, the other with a separate large bathroom and were very happy with their spaces. The alarm system was wonderful as was the wifi. Superb owner communication!! What a lovely time we had and will be back one day. Villa Margot is luxe! xxx

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Much mkre than we expected! We enjoyed the pool and eating with a stunning view over the valley.Lots of sightseeing in the area, a castle, ruins, swimming in the lake.Very easy communication with the host. He could answer questions and give advice immediately.Overall a wonderful stay with our family and small kids.

Well appointed house with pool and great views; the sloping lawn and many fruit trees were enjoyed by our whole family. the appliances were all in good order, except for the freezer in the main refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay and were able to entertain a large family group who live in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

We stayed in Villa Margot for 12 days. It was fantastic. The villa itself is exceptionally well-equipped and beautifully decorated with original art and furniture. Alessando the owner is a pleasure to deal with. His English is excellent and any questions were answered quickly. The pool was clean, warm and positioned to have the sun all day. A huge umbrella gave shelter from the sun if needed. Plenty of loungers are available for sun-bathing. The huge outdoor table is wonderful and has a fantastic view. We ate all our meals there even though there were tables inside too. We cooked most meals outside, either on the grill or in the stone oven. It was so lovely eating our meals there that we didn't bother going out to eat at all.The gardens are very well maintained. The bathrooms were all excellent with good showers. The beds were large and comfortable. The air con worked brilliantly. Wifi was good enough to answer business emails while we were away and for our three teenagers to use their social media.Carrefour is about 15 minutes away by car and stocks most things you need while on holiday. There are plenty of places to visit within a hour or 90 minutes drive. We didn't see as much as we planned because the villa was so comfortable and we never wanted to leave.I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
