About this house rental
The property is a heatable holiday home with a well-kept garden in a perfect location. The house offers an excellent opportunity for relaxation for couples or families with small children who want to recognize the Velence-Se.
The floor area of the holiday home is 40 + 30m2. It is a Mediterranean style built, modern furnished, exclusive holiday home, where guests are welcome all year round.
The house is located in the center of Agárd, 350 m from the lakeshore, from the beach. The thermal bath nearby offers a pleasant relaxation with its inner healing and thermal baths and with its outdoor adventure pool, with the many different healing therapies, as well as with the sauna world.
The extended cycle path and the numerous water sports are available for an active holiday.
Restaurants can be reached with a short walk.
The holiday home on two floors can accommodate 2 people, an extra bed can be provided on request.
There are three houses on the large, well-kept property. The owner, who has a medium-sized, friendly dog who can move freely on the property, lives in one of the pots.

Our trip was personal business related and after the first home we reserved canceled unexpectedly, this home was still available (it should’ve been our first choice all along).
The home is ideally located right off the main road in town and walkable to everything! Just a few short steps to the railway station, grocery store, lake, bakeries, ice cream shops and many many fine eateries.
This home was perfect for my husband and I, we were able to cook if we wanted to, eat inside or outside, ability to do our own laundry.
The hosts greeted us with a bottle of wine (while we’re sober, the gesture was heartfelt). The home was equipped with all the essentials, both a drip coffee maker and pod espresso maker including coffee and espresso pods. Additionally, the home provided us with cleaning supplies, basic condiments for cooking, an ample supply of toiletries, heated towel rack and everything you need for your “home” away from home.
We are pet owners and leaving our fur babies for 2 weeks was difficult, but the host’s dog, Maszli was a perfect alternate host greeting us every morning and evening to give us the missing part of home.
The yard is beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, roses and lawn chairs for your relaxation. This house was perfect for the two of us!
If you’re in need of a manicure, right up the street is ZsiZsi Nails (virtually next door), our favorite restaurant Admirale Etterem is just a mile up the main road, and don’t forget ice cream at Zebraringa

The property was perfect. Absolutely enjoyed everything. Beautiful area nearby with access to anything you may require. We look forward to staying there again. Our host was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
