About this house rental
This apartment is the upper part of a country house. The owners live on the lower floor. Both parts are perfectly independent with own private areas in the garden and car parks. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, living room/eat-in kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed for 1 more person, and a very ample, private garden. On the plot of the house, there is a small river. Very frequently, you see roe deer drinking here. The house is set in a precious forest with birch, ash trees, and other indigenous trees. Only 7 km from the house, there is the highway ASII connecting you to Oviedo in the South (cathedral, Santa Maria del Naranco, and many focal points of interest) and to Gijón in the North (beaches, theatres, restaurants, etc.). In day trips (using the highway), you can discover the East of Asturias (Picos de Europa, Covadonga, Cangas de Onis, Llanes, Ribadesella, etc.) and the western area (Taramundi, Cudillero, Luarca, and the Beach of the Cathedrals in Lugo. To the South you can visit León.

La casa está en un sitio precioso y tranquilo. Es grande, ideal para un par de familias. Está bastante equipada. Notamos un poco de suciedad. Sería una casa rural por el entorno, pero no por la construcción en si, ya que no es de piedra ni madera entramada o así. El trato con los dueños muy bueno.

We experienced power outages every time we used the exhaust fan and dishwasher, which was quite annoying. Furthermore, we didn't have internet access, something considered essential these days and usually included in a rental of this type.
Another thing that surprised us was that, when we arrived, the living room sofa was stained and covered in dog hair, something we only noticed while we were preparing dinner.
Finally, we'd like to point out that our car is electric and poses no problem for the property or for you, as the owner. However, it did cause us some discomfort when charging it, which made us uncomfortable.
