Umístění penzionu skvělé. Hned u moře, nádherná promenáda kolem moře, pěšky blízko zajímavých míst- Lovran, Ičiči, autobusem Opatija, Rijeka. Nákupy, restaurace, kavárny kolem penzionu.
Měli jsme dva apartmány. Větší byl super- dvě koupelny a WC, u stropu síť pro děti. Super vybavení. Menší s výhledem na pláž a moře také velmi pěkný, až na WC. Vytékala voda pod záchodem. Muselo být déle, ale neopraveno. To byl jediný nepříjemný okamžik naší dovolené.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Man hatte direkten Zugang zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und half bei der Buchung für den kostenlosen Parkplatz. Dieser ist paar Meter weiter entfernt gewesen, aber da alles vor Ort fussläufig erreichbar war, war das für uns kein Problem. Direkt gegenüber gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt.
Es gab nur kaltes Wasser, was bei der Hitze dann ok war. In der Nacht schaffte es die Klimaanlage leider nicht bis ins Dachgeschoss. Die stark befahrene Straße direkt am Haus, könnte jemanden stören, der Geräuschempfindlich ist. Für uns war es kein Problem.

Sie liegt zentral was den Strand und Restaurant betrifft.
Es war sehr unsauber! Das WC war undicht und es lief Wasser aus! Die Fugen im Bad Waren mit Schimmel befallen. Wir mussten zuerst mal Saugen und selber reinigen!!!
