Relax on the 4th floor in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with 12m² terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. quiet and secure residence located in the district of Grisettes in Montpellier, 100 m from the tram line 2 and the Sabine near the A9 motorway. The new clinic Saint Roch is 50m. To go swimming at the beach of Palavas the waves drive, there should be 15 minutes. For the tram, which goes to the beach at Carnon, it takes about 30 minutes.
The stadium Yves du Manoir is within 3 kms.
Europcar car rental within 10 minutes walk.

You have access to all the rooms and the facilities listed in the section concerned.
A closed garage in the basement of the residence allows you to park if you are driving.
Arriving from the station or the town center, take tram No. 2 (orange flowers), towards SAINT JEAN DE VEDAS, and get off at the station Sabines. Then you'll be walking to do to get home since the station is right next door.
By the motorway take exit west No. 31.
By tram you are 15 minutes from the place of comedy (Main square in Montpellier).
