A self - contained studio apartment just for two nestled within our established garden in the historic village of Millthorpe and walking distance to all this beautiful village has to offer.
You enter through the front garden gate and open french doors into an open plan living area with a leather three seater lounge,TV,DVD and stereo with Bluetooth as well as free wifi. There is a kitchenette with microwave , fridge, kettle, toaster & coffee pod machine.
The bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed with crisp pure linen sheets & duvet cover along with wool throws.
A separate bathroom with shower and guest toiletries along with luxe bath towels.
Private verandah to sit & enjoy a wine and a rear courtyard with stone walls looking onto a gorgeous established garden.
The Speckled Nest is superbly styled to make your stay extra memorable and is non smoking within the studio.
Local wine to welcome you on your arrival plus a few little surprises to enjoy.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. We were able to check in earlier than advertised and were welcomed with chocolates and a bottle of wine. Paul was very helpful and made a special effort to accommodate our needs. We would have preferred a bit more natural light in the cottage, but everything else was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at the Speckled Nest. The accommodation was spacious, well equiped and very centrally located.The welcome gift of wine and chocolate was well appreciated.

The Speckled Nest was truly wonderful! The accomodation was far more spacious than we had anticipated. It was very clean, generously well-stocked (even a bottle of Tamburlaine wine and some chocolate), and comfortable. Anita and Paul also recommended several restaurants and local things to do ahead of our stay which we really appreciated. We had a lovely stay in Millthorpe and would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
