Beautiful house located in the Vega of Granada just 10minutes your FREE PARKING in the city center.
The house has three floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, the suite with bathroom and a small balcony, the second with a double bed and the third with two single beds, all with their corresponding wardrobes.
The main floor is formed by the kitchen equipped with everything needed for use (microwave, toaster, coffee and juice etc ..) a great ideal for rest room, a hall and a toilet.
The lower floor is focused for leisure and free time with pool table, arcade machine and darts target ideal for families, also consists of a small bar with bottle rack for the enjoyment of the elderly and a square garage.
Both from the kitchen and from the ground floor you can access a beautiful courtyard ideal for barbecues.
The whole house has heating and air conditioning with heat pump on the main floor and internet (Wifi).

We enjoyed staying in this property very much. The location was very convenient to Granada and avoided the hassle of driving in the city. The free parking pass at the Neptune parking location, just 15 minutes walk from the Via Gran Colon, was so useful. The home is lovely, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very accimmodating and helpful.

Place is in a quiet neighborhood away from town Expect to drive to get food. Parking card for the lot in y the city was great and straight walk to center of town. If going to Alhambra from lot take a taxi for under 10 euros. Communication was excellent and good tips provided. Would stay again

Angelo was very cordial and explained to us the use of the kitchen, game room and the washer. Very nice and relaxing neighborhood.

We were met by the owners mother, who was very helpful, showed us around and helped us settle in. Anjel was always available for any queries, anytime we had any.
The house was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the showers were high pressure with lots of hot water. We explored the downstairs and played a few games of pool, which was fun. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, great contact with the owner and we would recommend this house for anyone wanting a lovely base when visiting Granada.
