The Best Midtown Location by Piedmont Park 2 miles to FIFA Mercedes Benz Stadium

Location was great. It was very clean. About a half mile to the bus or train station. Walking distance to Starbucks and other eateries. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Andre was nice to deal with. The shower pressure was excellent. Bed was very firm (to our liking).

The unit was advertised as "this is a ground floor unit", which is specifically why I chose this over another rental due to mobility issues. However, on the DAY of ARRIVAL, I learned it was an upstairs unit. Although the host kindly met us to carry luggage, the host should have let us know as soon as he knew it was an upstairs unit and not the day I was to arrive. Also, you have to cashapp or paypal your $300 deposit directly to the lessor, which I was uncomfortable with. However, I did get my deposit back within a week or two. The bathroom sink had literally no pressure. I did not see any GFCI outlets, which is concerning for an apartment complex.

The location was great and the free off-street parking was a major bonus. The entire apartment was very clean.

We were hoping to do some laundry when we arrived but the washing machine was broken. We also got off to a bit of a rocky start as the smoke alarm battery went dead during our first night there and started beeping at 3am - after a long day of driving. But to be fair, this situation couldn't be anticipated and after a morning call to the owner, the issue was resolved before noon.

Great location, easy parking, host instructions were clear, and the place was immaculately clean. Really appreciated the goodies in the kitchen as well!

The location is perfect, close to everything. It's in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. Free parking lot is one of the determining factors to rent the place. The apartment is clean. We did not cook, nor do laundry, but it seems it provides everything if you want to. One drawback is that the sofa bed is very hard, and very uncomfortable for sleeping. The extra bedsheet used for the sofa-bed smells moldy.
