Lovely apartment, well equipped and good location

Bis auf den Zustand des Badezimmer ok aber definitiv gibt es kein zweites Mal
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert.
Insgesamt die Sauberkeit (viele Spinnweben). Richtig schlimm war der Zustand der Duschabtrennung! Die Dichtungen waren total verschimmelt!!! Der Heizkörper im Bad total verdreckt.

Für den Preis guter Komfort im Haus. Aber angesichts der Nachteile: Ist nur was für Autofahrer!
Am Sofa kein Leselicht. Am großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ließ sich die Lautstärke nicht regeln, an keiner der drei Fernbedienungen. Schläger für Ping-Pong waren ebenfalls nicht zu finden. In der Wohnung selbst war bis auf die genannten Kleinigkeiten alles i.O. Wenn man sich im Ort Fahrräder auslieht, kann man die in der zum Ferienhaus gehörigen Garage über Nacht unterstellen. Das ist toll. Was wirklich schön ist, ist der Blick vom Deich am Dagebüller Hafen auf die alten Häuser, auf den Priel, auf den Leuchtturm bis hin zu den fernen Windrädern. Das hat was. Man sollte auch vom Strandhotel den Blick aufs Wasser genießen.
Die Ausschilderung im ganzen Viertel ist hundsmiserabel, kaum Hausnummern, keinerlei Straßennamensschilder. Wir mussten ständig Leute fragen. Die Hausnummer 9 ganz versteckt an der Hecke, die wir nur zufällig entdeckt haben. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Ferienhausbesitzer sich nicht in anreisende Fremde hineinversetzen können oder glauben, dass wir alle mit Autos und Navis anreisen. Welch Irrtum. In der Beschreibung sollte unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass man von der Mole bis zum Haus 20min laufen muss (und das mit Koffern!), wenn man kein Auto hat. Der Fahrradverleih (für den der Vermieter ja nix kann) ist an der denkbar ungünstigsten Stelle; man schleppt die Koffer von der Mole bis dahin volle zehn Minuten. Das ganze Dagebüll ist ein schreckliches, künstlich angelegtes Nest, eine reine Schlafstraße mit Ferienhäusern und paar Lokalen. Lebensmittel kann man nirgends kaufen. Die Kommunikation über die Agentur, welche das Ferienhaus vermittelt hat, war nicht optimal. Es gab Missverstänfdnisse, die der Vermieter allerdings tel. rasch ausgeräumt hat.
