The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful

The staff at the Dinning, whispering that we had stayed in the Dinning area for long, I mean for buffet we paid for?? That is the most horrible thing I've heard! And even the way they looked at us and whispered to themselves is so insulting and this happened on 3 different days! If we can afford to pay for buffet for 6 people, pay for 2 rooms for 3nights and forfit complimentary breakfast, why would anyone talk about us in such manner?? And even if we couldn't afford all I mentioned, no one should be talked down on against all odds. Your staff members should be taught that food is not everyone's problem, we all are not hungry and even if some people are, they shouldn't be treated in such a condescending way. It is really awful!

Great staff, nice secure location as well. There is a well equipped gym on the hotel premises providing free fitness classes for customers. Swimming pool and outside bar are nice to spend an afternoon/evening. Well looked after hotel and the rooms were clean too

Not many breakfast options. If you book a room for two people it only includes one breakfast. Second one needs to be purchased separately

The staff were friendly , excellent reception staff, Goodluck, Mary, Chinecherem at reception and Lydia kitchen staff all deserve a pay rise, they were absolutely fantastic.

For the first time in my life I experienced power outage in a hotel that was meant to have a 4 star rating. I feel the hotel management is absolute shit for lack of better word. There also 4 hrs of no water in one of the days and I found the idea of getting me water in a bucket to flush WC condescending. One would ask why I stayed a full 11 days despite the above, thanks to the kind hotel staff who I appreciate how well they were trained in trying to help out even when the issue was beyond their control. I learnt from other guests that they experienced similar in the past, rather than tarnishing your good image get someonelse to manage the affair or sell it, apologising to your guests does job change the bad experience they witnessed.
