A very comfortable house in a beautiful location

We spent a wonderful Easter weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. There was a lot of snow in the area when we first arrived but the house was lovely and warm. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen contained everything we needed supplied (good quality items as well). We were able to BBQ a couple of meals and sit outside to enjoy them. We also immensely enjoyed the table a'hôtes offered at the house. The last evening that we were there was clear and it was possible to see lots of stars in the night sky.

Everything was wonderful. We're happy that we stayed for 4 days. Anything less would have been a disappointment to leave so soon.

Couldn't ask for more !! would love to go again.

A perfect place to spend a few days in wonderful quiet country surroundings with fabulous views yet close to the interesting mediaeval village of St Ursanne. We just took the room (not an appartment) - but spacious and comfortable with fridge, microwave and necessary utensils for being independant. We didn't have a balcony off the room itself but had access to one just across the hall and outside too. Benefitted from Jeanne's excellent table d'hôte one evening too. Most highly recommended !!

I loved the accommodation. The location was stunning, with view of a quiet green hill from our huge bedroom window. Jeanne's beautiful breakfast and dinner were stunning too! We took full advantage of the games room, with fussball, table tennis and pool. Great place from which to explore the Jura region. We'll definitely be back!

Peaceful and relaxing time in nature

The place is well furnished and we had everything we need accessible including cooking material a bbq and the terrasses. In addition we could enjoy the pétanque and the billard. In addition the property offer a repas chez l’hôte which we enjoyed a lot we can only recommend everyone to enjoy this opportunity Thank you Jeanne and Marianne

Peace & quiet

The site is peaceful, the hosts are adorable, you can book the "Table hôte" - hosts table, which is managed by Jeanne - simply delicious!

Be aware; If you arrive by bicycle - there is a steep hill. No issues with e-Bikes of course!

Spacious and lovely apartment in a beautiful location.

La Joux Chaupe is located in a beautiful location. The apartment is beautifully furnished with lots of wood features. We loved the big windows, making the apartment very bright. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A great location for hiking in the Jura area.

J ai adoré l emplacement dans la forêt. Une vue incroyable. La chambre est très confortable avec un salon et un cou. Pour manger . L unique soucis c est qu on a plus envie de partir 🙂. De plus l accueil est vraiment très sympa et on se sent très à l aise .Il y a des jeux en sous sol ( baby foot et ping pong ) jeux de société etc. Il y a un beau jardin avec barbecue mais le temps hélas ne nous a permis d en profiter .

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz günstig. Der Preis rechtfertigt sich natürlich in Anbetracht von Ausstattung, Einrichtung und auch Grösse der Wohnung.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.

Eventuell gibt es andere Möglichkeiten der Müll Lagerung im Gemeinschaftszimmer. Vorschlag: man könnte den Raum eventuell teilen.

Modern, schlicht, sehr sauber, sehr mühevoll und neu ausgestattet (auch die Küche!),hell, tolle Aussicht, freundlich, toller großer Raum für Kinder (auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sie und sich beschäftigen dank Klavier, Caromme, Tischfußball, Lego, Sessel, gemütlich), Infomaterial zur Gegend liegt aus, alles was man brauchen könnte zur Ausleihe (Handykabel, Käsefondue, Wäscheständer, Rucksack, Wanderführer, ...), schönenAusdligsziele innerhalb 30Min erreichbar, schönes schnuckeliges Städtchen (St Ursanne)mit Coop, Bäcker und Metzger, Wiesenbadestrand mit Sprungbrett im Ort

Im Jura nicht zu ändern ist die Tatsache, dass die Wege länger und daher nur mit dem Auto effizient zu schaffen sind. Den Bäcker nebenan gibt es in der Lage natürlich nicht, aber das war für uns klar und auch kein Problem.

Wunderschöne Gegend ausserhalb des Ortes St.Ursanne und völlig allein stehendes umgebautes Gebäude. Fahrzeug ist notwendig.

Juste parfait

Belle ferme rénovée, appartement traversant très lumineux situé au calme, avec comme seuls voisins lors d'entre séjour, des lapins et des chamois, fantastique !! Proche de St.Ursanne idéal pour les balades le VTT etc... L'accueil par les propriétaires était parfait. Ils des produits provenant de leur ferme....profitez-en car ils sont excellents.
