Obiekt znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bo zarówno do centrum jak i na plażę jest 10 minut spacerkiem. W pobliżu znajdują się dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy i wiele punktów gastronomicznych, a okolica jest spokojna. Do dyspozycji gości jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny oraz miejsce do posiedzenia w większej grupie. Zajmowany przeze mnie pokój z balkonem był wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne- czajnik, lodówkę, tv, dużą szafę, wygodne łóżko z pachnącą pościelą i dużym ręcznikiem oraz parawan i koc na plażę. Na wszystkich balkonach i przed pokojami na parterze do dyspozycji gości są krzesła i stolik.
