Tágas terek mind az apartmanban, mind az egész épületben.
Csendes környezet: nem hallatszottak a szomszédok.
Mélygarázs: felbecsülhetetlen (igaz, hogy külön fizetni kellett, de megéri). Külön személy-lejárat a hátsó "udvarrész"-ből a mélygarázshoz: nem az utcán kell a gyerekeket terelgetni.
Saját pizzázó: kiülős terasszal elöl és hátul is, mennyei finom pizzával (ilyen finom pizzatésztát életemben nem ettem még!).
Kedves, aranyos tulajok :)
Klíma van! és hűtőszekrény is (fagyasztóval).

Spory apartament, w budynku gdzie wszystkie apartamenty sa na wynajem. W dobrej cenie. Puls bardzo ładny widok z balkonu i blisko, lecz pod górkę, z plaży do apartamentu. Na dole pizzeria, także blisko restauracja.
Niestety wyposażenie przestarzałe. W szczególności łazienka i kuchnia. Prysznic przeciekał, lecz była kratka w podłodze. Chyba celowo. W kuchni bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie. Brak kieliszków, naczynia stare, brak odkurzacza. Brak zmywarki, za to dużo szmat do wycierania.blatow! Standard rzadko spotykany już w Polsce. Garaż podziemny 10 euro za dzień:(

El tamaño. El balcón con hermosa vista
No andaba el wifi. El acolchado blanco estaba manchado con sangre. Creo que la limpieza no era satisfactoria
