About this apartment rental
Really nice apartment on the ground floor with a small garden near the pinewood and close to the sea.
The house has two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with a table, a large living room with balcony overlooking the small garden, a shower room and a utility room with washing machine, plus a parking space available.
The apartment is part of a small and elegant building situated in a very quiet area of the country but well served by all kinds of shops including a pharmacy.
The beach, sand over 10 km long, is easily reached in 3-5 minutes walk away and is served by bathing facilities with catering service, but there are also large areas of public beach.
Of course you can enjoy all kinds of water sports, but the country is also equipped for tennis, football, horse riding, archery, golf and mountain bike riding up and down for our lush green hills between breathtaking panoramic views.
And for lovers of photography there will be spoiled for choice between shots to marshy areas rich in all kinds of birds, hawks, herons, flamingos, moorhens, even the rare riders of Italy etc. in fantastic scenarios in the hour of sunset.
In Castiglione della Pescaia life is never too busy even in full summer and is pleasant and relaxing after a nice day at the beach, in the late afternoon take a walk down to the harbor with friends or loved ones and perhaps stopping to take a drink in one of the many local and maybe buy some good fish just caught by local fishing boats just come and cook it comfortably at home in the most pleasing.

Wir hatten die Freude in dieser schönen Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen zu können. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen, sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Ausreichend Geschirr, viele Töpfe, drei verschieden große Espressokocher, also wir waren rundum zufrieden. Dazu kommt die super Lage, wenige Schritte an die Strände, entweder freie kilometerlange Strände oder gepflegte Bagni in denen wir auch gern mal etwas gegessen oder getrunken haben. Den Garten mit Sitzplatz haben wir sehr viel genützt und ganz toll fanden wir dass wir unser Auto innerhalb des Grundstückes sicher abstellen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Straße, in einigen Schritten Entfernung gibt es aber gleich Bäckerei, Konditorei, kleinen Alimentari, Restaurants, Apotheke, Tankstelle, … in den Ort ist es nicht weit. Also wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinem, gepflegten Garten. Super Lage in Strand- und (Klein-) Stadtnähe und viele MTB-Trails gleich um die Ecke.

Kurz nach der Anfrage erfuhren wir, das unsere Wohnung die wir buchen wollten, wegen Renovierung nicht nutzbar ist. Dies war ein Glücksfall Maddelena hatte noch eine zweite Wohnung auf der anderen Seite von Castiglione. Und diese Wohnung war perfekt für uns.
250m zum Strand, 10-15min in die Innenstadt. Für 5PERS (wir waren nur 3) super geeignet. Super sauber und alles was man braucht für 1Woche Toskana. Einen Wermutstropfen gab es, es gab keine Kaffeemaschine sondern nur einen Espressokocher und das ist für uns nix. Wir haben dann auf löslichen Kaffee umgeswitcht.
Maddelena empfing und persönlich und hatte für uns Obst und Nudeln bereitgestellt.

Vicino al mare e a 10 minute del centro permette di fare tutto a piedi.
