About this farm stay rental
A step back in time to the private apartment (formerly the chestnut drying house), part of a stunning medieval house with thick stone walls and beautiful vaulted ceilings and arches. The chestnut drying house has been converted into a modern and comfortable split level apartment. It has a double bedroom and en-suite upstairs, kitchen-diner and private outdoor terrace/garden which gets the afternoon and evening sun. It is situated 500m above sea level with breathtaking views of the Magra valley from the private patio area. Come and relax and enjoy some traditional Italian charm immersed in nature.
We love the local restaurants with high quality food, the stunning local food markets and the medieval architecture. River swimming and the local gorge are refreshing and enjoyable excursions and the beaches of the Cinque Terre and surrounds are a must. Trains are cheap and reliable, so we enjoy popping to local cities and towns further afield to explore.
