This is the place for a perfect San Diego escape!! Bay and Ocean living at its best. 600+ sq foot spacious 1 BR with completely remodeled Kitchen and Bathroom. This condo is part of an 8 total unit complex however unlike all the other units and most properties in the area where you need to deal with the common area you get your own Private Door and Patio entrance!!! So nice NOT to have to deal with extra keys, lockboxes, and the annoying Common Area issues.
Hardwood floor in Large living room. 10 x 18 sq foot enclosed Private Patio as well as a community rooftop patio. Small Fire Pit on your Private Patio. All the Amenities... 2 parking spots, Washer / Dryer in the unit, TV in the Living room and Bedroom, Iron and board, extra fans, hairdryer. High speed internet, Bluetooth speaker, Books, Grill on Both Patios. 2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles with locks
1/2 block to Fanuel park which is right on the Bay!! Yoga classes, Workouts, toss a ball around, etc...
4 blocks to the Famous Catamaran Resort / Spa located at the entryway to Mission Beach and all it has to offer.
Go for a bike ride around the Breathtaking Bay or hit the Waves at the Beach... walking distance to the Ocean ( 5 blocks ). Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Explore everything Pacific Beach has to offer!!

Check in went smoothly and the kitchen was good with everything needed. Mr. Coffee, some essentials and an ice maker in the freezer. The bed was large (king?) with a great mattress. The bathroom had a nice shower and dressing area with mirrors. Jesse was responsive when I asked for safety sticks for the sliders and it was nice to have the patio, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed our stay there and it is in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and back. It did need some deep cleaning though..

Great location; cute place; BUT... no windows/airflow (or AC) in bathroom or bedroom! This made it unbearably hot to sleep, even in relatively cool Fall weather. I can't imagine summer. The bed is memory foam, making it even hotter.I slept (poorly) the first night on the living room floor and the sliding door open, tried one more night with the fans arranged differently, then gave up. I had to leave and find a new place.Host had promised he would refund a few of the unused nights (2 of 5) as a courtesy, but it's over 2 weeks later, and no refund, and no response to follow-up request.Overall it's a decent place, but it really needs airflow in the bedroom and bathroom (or better yet a mini-split AC) before I would consider staying here.
