This is the place for a perfect San Diego escape!! Bay and Ocean living at its best. 600+ sq foot spacious 1 BR with completely remodeled Kitchen and Bathroom. This condo is part of an 8 total unit complex however unlike all the other units and most properties in the area where you need to deal with the common area you get your own Private Door and Patio entrance!!! So nice NOT to have to deal with extra keys, lockboxes, and the annoying Common Area issues.

Hardwood floor in Large living room. 10 x 18 sq foot enclosed Private Patio as well as a community rooftop patio. Small Fire Pit on your Private Patio. All the Amenities... 2 parking spots, Washer / Dryer in the unit, TV in the Living room and Bedroom, Iron and board, extra fans, hairdryer. High speed internet, Bluetooth speaker, Books, Grill on Both Patios. 2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles with locks

1/2 block to Fanuel park which is right on the Bay!! Yoga classes, Workouts, toss a ball around, etc...

4 blocks to the Famous Catamaran Resort / Spa located at the entryway to Mission Beach and all it has to offer.

Go for a bike ride around the Breathtaking Bay or hit the Waves at the Beach... walking distance to the Ocean ( 5 blocks ). Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Explore everything Pacific Beach has to offer!!

Check in went smoothly and the kitchen was good with everything needed. Mr. Coffee, some essentials and an ice maker in the freezer. The bed was large (king?) with a great mattress. The bathroom had a nice shower and dressing area with mirrors. Jesse was responsive when I asked for safety sticks for the sliders and it was nice to have the patio, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed our stay there and it is in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and back. It did need some deep cleaning though..

The location and the benifit of the outdoor space was great. On arrival the property looked clean but unfortunately it really wasn’t . Headboard thick dust kitchen cupboard door and drawers really dirty, as were the windows. All the issues could have been easily sorted with a really deep clean . I did reach out to the owner when we left to tell him, as I felt it was only fair to let him know . Unfortunately I got no response . Also the top flat were really loud on Saturday night on the balcony . Smoking weed and their language was really not good. So we went out early which was a shame. .Had the owner contacted us during our stay to see if things were ok I would have asked him to call to point these issues out .

We lived in PB 10-16 years ago, and our stay at the condo was a great place to revisit old stomping grounds and enjoy some time off. The condo worked very well, great location, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice amenities like beach cruisers, kitchen essentials, bedding, towels, etc. Two things to be aware of: this is a corner property next to an intersection so there is traffic noise during the day, but not horrible. The bedroom and bathroom are a little stuffy, but owner provided fans that helped. Thanks again!

My family had a great stay. The host popped over to say hi when we arrived and was readily available by text when needed. The place was clean and had great amenities with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, and even beach cruisers. No complaints about anything and would definitely stay there again.

The place is smaller than we are used to, but is perfect for a couple. Jesse was great to work with and checking in and out is simple. Close to the bay, the ocean, and PB shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was the traffic noise on the street. A lot of traffic almost every day.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was a great size for just the two of us. We were there to get away from the fast pace of life and just chill. We walked to the bay or the ocean every day. We walked to amazing restaurants, seafood, acai bowls, and boba spots. We got groceries the first day and made the rest of our meals. We left the windows open and enjoyed the breeze while reading. It was perfect. The home is well maintained and clean, the neighborhood is safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a great location. Close to the bay and beach both easily walking distance. Nice kitchen.Rooftop patio wonderful for sunrise and sunset views. Grocery and goods store short distance drive. The couch is a sleeper sofa so not really comfortable for me to sit on. I will be looking at this location for future trips to San Diego and great Beach Adventures

We enjoyed this location very much. It was so easy to get to the park and boardwalk and we had many bike rides on the cruisers provided. The communication we had with the property owner was excellent and check in/out was so easy. The condo was well appointed and made us feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, although Pacific Beach has some excellent restaurants we enjoyed as well. We had a great time and would definitely consider this place again.

Only downside is lack of air-conditioning. Good thing the weather wasn't hot while we were there. Location near beach and Catamaran Resort was the attraction for me. I was going to attend a conference at Catamaran Resort, but my partner would be travelling with me and wanted to work remote while I'm at the conference. Staying here instead of the conference resort meant we had a kitchen and living space that made it easier for my partner. Kitchen was well-equipped. Shops and restaurants were a short drive away.

Was a lot of fun watching so many people on golf carts, parades to the beach for the 4th of July. Nice seeing people getting out again. Got to see the fireworks from sea world, and the beach from the roof top.. was amazing. Jesse had everything we needed in the house. Very welcoming. Had a blast, thank you

Great location and all the amenities we needed! Loved the bikes and beach chairs and variety of fun games, not to mention great TVs! Let’s not forget the hidden gem, the outdoor patio tabletop fire pit! Jesse was easy to work with! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Jesse's place is perfect. It has 2 offstreet parking spots, a great private patio and jesse supplies everything inside. Its close to everthing you want to see or do and far enough to relax and hide away.

Our experience let’s just say after the 3rd day we wanted to leave but we had booked it for 10 nights we thought it would get better we wanted to enjoy our vacation plus financially we spent a lot .We did end up leaving a day early. Upon arrival we did meet Jesse he was starting to clean the patio door or we thought we said no biggie I figured he would clean it he said the cleaner is underneath the sink my husband then spent 40 minutes cleaning the patio window in side and out the side window inside and out in the kitchen window inside and out the TV we didn’t have basic TV so no local TV which was OK he insinuated we had Netflix ,Showtime, HBO, startz a bunch of different apps guess what we only had Netflix that worked I spent a couple days on the phone with him and basically got nowhere he didn’t understand why we weren’t getting all those extra channels Also from day one the caption was at the bottom of the screen on everything that we watched and we’re pretty tech savy and we couldn’t get it off the screen and by the sixth or seventh day just to watch Netflix we were getting Internet connection problems. It was a corner place which looked adorable but when we opened up the patio door every morning all you heard was be beep beep honk honk and all the garbage trucks going by there is a light right there at the corner so we ended up shutting the door every morning which made the place hot. The kitchen window was an experience every morning when I walked in the kitchen to get my coffee I would see all the people that walked by just walking down the street looking in it seems like it was the main pathway down the street it would’ve been nice if there was some sort of curtains there for privacy. We had to go buy pans to cook with because the ones that were there were all scraped and unusable.The couches were very sunken in I don’t know if they were old or just been used to many times but it was ruff on our backs .The bedroom was very hot the patio door had a lock at the bottom for safety reasons I guess it opened only so far outside the patio door was a small Courtyard with an elevator right next to our door and there was a gate that every time someone walks in it would slam shut also there was 2 units outside our bedroom patio door and one of them had a dog that barked a lot . We so looking forward to our stay.

Went to San Diego to get a little winter warmth, this place was great. Had a nice sunny patio and a roof deck we didnt utilize fully but was awesome. This place was clean and had all the necessities including laundry which was nice. Close to the bike path and walking distance to the beach as well. Would definitely reccomend
