About this house rental

Immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town home in a gated community with great access to a pool and spa. The pool is semi-private and is shared with only 20 other units.

Spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ceiling fan, walkout patio, two large closets, double sinks, and large walk-in shower. The master suite also includes a large-screen TV on a swivel mount. All high-end furniture, linens, and bedding are new.

Large guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a walkout patio, ceiling fan, large closet, and a separate TV.

Updated large living area has a gas fireplace, TV, and dining space. It also includes two new swivel recliners so you can kick back and relax. The spacious room also features a new comfortable sleeper sofa so the property can sleep six guests.

From the main living area you can access the walkout to the very secluded patio with a BBQ grill, outdoor ceiling fans, and automated sun shades.

Large kitchen features granite countertops and slate tile. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishes, many small appliances, and other items you may need during your stay. The unit also includes a separate laundry space with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It also has an attached double-car garage.

All towels and linens are included for your convenience, including new pool towels.

This fantastic house is clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Located close to shopping, restaurants, Snow Canyon, walking/hiking trails, parks and golf courses.

This house was so nice! Though it's a duplex, we never heard our neighbors. The whole neighborhood was very quiet. The views are gorgeous from the dining room, the patios feel very private, and the bed was suuuper comfy! The house was impeccably clean throughout, and all the furniture was nice and comfortable which is not something you always find in a rental. We appreciated the fully-appointed kitchen and wanted for nothing. We loved it here and will definitely stay again!

We stayed here while moving our daughter back into the dorms at Utah Tech. This was a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well maintained and very clean. It was well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Beds and furniture we comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! The house is beautiful and well stocked. It seems to be in a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors we interacted with were nice.There were a lot of cockroaches outside and even one inside which freaked us out.We were a little disappointed that "Private Pool" meant all the different houses not private to us but the pool was fun!

We stayed two nights with four adults and two young kids. There was a lot of space and seating, the bathrooms were clean and updated, and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to attractions and restaurants. We would stay again if we come back to this area!

The Boulevard is very noisy - hard to be outside on the patio - the only minus is noise and clean dining area windows for view. Would’ve liked to have been informed that there were pool noodles and towels in the garage. Would like to have a plastic recycle bin available..

We really enjoyed staying at this property. For us the location was really convenient especially for the event for which we were attending. Quiet location and away from the bustle of traffic. It is comfortable and well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the view out the front windows!

This was our 2nd stay at this Entrada Lava Falls condo. We returned after 7 years to continue adventuring in local Santa Clara Canyons and Bryce Canyon. This condo is in a great location in Santa Clara, secure in a small, scenic, gated community. The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort & style, and amenities for all needs whether short or longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a full laundry room and attached private garage. Cleanliness is top on our list as well. We give this condo 5 stars for cleanliness and all around comfort. We highly recommend this Entrada Lava Falls condo!!!

We loved that it was close enough to Zion and Bryce for us that we could see both while in Utah. The kitchen was well supplied with pans, appliances and utensils for cooking in. Very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and it was just as incredible as our first stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished as well as well stocked. Easy access to pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO so much last year, we booked it again this year. It’s updated and very clean. It’s centrally located so it’s a quick drive to all areas of St. George. The pool and spa are less than 100 feet from the front door. I highly recommend this VRBO.

The house was very spacious for our family of 5. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was centered exactly three minutes from a couple of the fields we played at - super convenient. The pool was a little crowded one day when we went to use it - but that's nobody's fault. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay.

We rented this place for a month and it was spectacular. Clean as a whistle, conveniently located near grocery stores, hiking trails, etc. Views out the windows were wonderful. This was an overall, very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the are.

The owners are top notch!! Extremely responsive and “over-top” accommodating. We needed an early checkin. Jennifer the owner contacted the on-sight Manager Deron who literally made miracles happen!! Deron personally cleaned the property with his team so that we could check in 8 hrs early!!! This place is prettier in person than pictures! Tastefully decorated! Very comfy bed. Incredible owner and amazing on-sight manager. We felt like VIPs. The pool is so warm and the jacuzzi is a close walk to 104 degree bliss! We hope to come back many times again!
