About this house rental
This recently updated, bright, sunny, and cheerfully decorated home sits on a half-acre corner lot on a quiet, tree-lined street just several minutes drive from beaches, with easy access to local supermarkets, pharmacy, and Mashpee Commons. Everything in the home is new, including the windows, hardwood floors, appliances, and even the mattresses! The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There are three ample bedrooms with 2 queen beds, two twin-size trundle beds, and luggage racks.
In the family room you will find a large L-shaped leather sofa and a comfortable futon.
Wi-fi, two flat screen TVs are provided. Ultra HD Smart TV in the family room has built-in Roku. Both TVs are streaming only (no cable) and guests may log into their own paid streaming accounts.
There is an outdoor shower and a large deck with gas grill and seating.
Beach chairs and beach towels are available for our guests’ convenience.
The one car garage and driveway will fit 2-3 cars.
The house has an outdoor security camera. There are no surveillance devices inside the house in areas accessible to house guests.
The maximum house occupancy is six persons per stay with a limit of no more than five adults (adult is 18+ years old).
We strictly prohibit smoking and recreational drug use in the house and on the property.
During the peak summer season, we rent full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday.
We welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy your stay!

This property is exceptional! The owners have thought of everything. It is immaculately clean, has an open concept, very comfortable beds (linens and towels are provided), a fully equipped kitchen, lovely private deck, and in a safe, friendly neighborhood with beaches and shopping nearby. My friends and I are professional, discriminating women and we agreed that this home is a gem! If you are fortunate enough to find an open week, do not hesitate to book it!

This property is the best place I have ever stayed! Perfect in every way!! Location was perfect to reach all corners of the Cape and Plymouth. It was immaculate and had everything you need. The communication was excellent. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood but close to markets and other places we wanted to go.Loved it! Highly Recommend!

This little house is adorable and had plenty of room. The description doesn't do justice, especially to the huge finished basement! It was clean, and the most well stocked house I've ever rented. Very quiet location. Having umbrella and beach chairs was awesome. Close to everything we needed and nice to have driveway big enough to have 2 cars. Would recommend to all visitors, and hope to stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and modern. The property is very well maintained. The owners were very responsive with any questions and offered many suggestions. This is a wonderful place to rent.
