About this apartment rental
At only 10 meters from the Ionian sea, Condo Elia is perfect for those seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday. Currently at our 6th year of business, we have enjoyed consistent compliments and high rated reviews from our clients. Please note the photographs provided are all true to form.
Condo Elia features a modern and tasteful decor whilst retaining a warm and homely feel.The ground floor, spread across a generous 67m2, features 2 large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the bedrooms feature built in wardrobes for ample storage space. The second bedroom can convert to a twin room if required.
The first floor, covering 60m2, is the open plan kitchen -dining and living area. Patio doors lead out to the private balcony, where there is also a dining table and seating for 6, all enjoying excellent sea front views. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, full oven and hobs, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and all the necessary equipment to make this maisonette your home away from home. The living area also includes a sofa bed, this splits into 2 single beds, and also a dining area that also seats 6.
Air conditioning, TV and Wifi are included as standard. We also provide full apartment cleaning twice per week, including fresh towel and bedding replacement.
The development includes a communal, unheated swimming pool, with sea views and underwater lighting. Car parking is available around the whole development.
A small pebble beach is available only 10 meters from the complex, a larger organised beach (Karavomylos Beach) is a 10 minute walk.
Upon arrival, the onsite manager will introduce you to the apartment.
Please note the standard check-in time of 14:00, and check-out time of 11:00. A 150 Euro cash damage deposit will be required at the time of arrival, and will be refunded at your departure, subject to an apartment inspection.

We are regular visitors to this area but this was our first stay at Eucalyptus Apartments. We chose Condo Elia mainly because of its sea view and we were not disappointed.
The apartment is at the front of this small complex, with just a very quiet service road between it and the sea. It overlooks the pool with the main room at first floor level and bedrooms on the ground floor.

We were greeted by Costas who took our cases and showed us around. He also gave us information about shopping and eating in the area. The cleanliness of the whole apartment was impeccable on our arrival. Cleaning ladies did two full cleans with fresh bedding and towels during our weeks stay. All fixtures and fittings were of very good quality. There was a small welcome pack ready for us and essential cleaning materials were provided.
The layout of the apartment is excellent, with downstairs accommodation providing very private facilities for two couples. There is a screened corridor leading to one bedroom and shower room, while the other bedroom and full bathroom is totally separate. Both beds are queen size - one can be split into two singles.
The main living area was large and very comfortable. All kitchen appliances were top quality and there was plenty of Crockett etc.
The balcony furniture was substantial and comfortable and we enjoyed the view so much. The pool is unseated, but we found it to be an excellent temperature for cooling off after soaking up the sun. We had good weather with temps in the high 20s, which was great for late season.
The area around the complex is quiet. There is a lovely shore side taverna just a few minutes stroll away, a children’s play area nearby and an excellent bakery and coffee shop. The pool area at the main hotel in the villager is open to visitors for drinks and snacks, and I’m sure that the pool too could be used by customers, although we did not do this. There is a mini-market in the village, but we used the larger (and cheaper) supermarket in Sami.
Sami town is within walking distance - about 1.5 miles - along the shore path, or a short and easy drive on a quiet road. Bars, tavernas, shops and a harbour make this an ideal place for evenings.
We thoroughly enjoyed our break and would recommend it to couples and families who enjoy peaceful, quality and uncomplicated surroundings in a beautiful setting where you are well cared for by very pleasant but unobtrusive managers.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment - it’s really lovely and spacious. The balcony views of the sea (and Ithaca) are fantastic. We really enjoyed the swimming pool - it was never too busy, even in August. The staff who manage the apartments are so helpful and always available, which was great. The location is ideal for exploring the area. There’s also a little park very nearby, which the children really enjoyed.

We had a very pleasant stay in Kefalonia. The apartment was great, huge, clean and everything needed was available. The washingmachine was broken but we could do the wash at the reception, so no problem. Very nice people there, and also the host was very kind and informed us about the enviroment and things to do. Swimming pool was great and there were enough sunbeds. Indeed, the bedrooms seems sometimes a little bit damp. But with the airco this became less. We would certainly recommend this apartment in Kefalonia
