House with large garden with olive trees and stone walls and splendid equipped porch overlooking the surrounding countryside, two minutes from the beaches of the area.
The villa has a lovely and large garden enclosed by stone walls and adorned with various olive trees, including some millenarians registered by UNESCO that form the backdrop to a splendid porch, furnished with taste and simplicity, which completely surrounds the house .
Inside there is a beautiful and brand new eat-in kitchen with barrel ceiling, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, finally a bathroom with shower and toilet. La Cupa is an excellent solution for those looking for a relaxing holiday and long walks immersed in nature.
Sea reachable by car in less than two minutes; always in Torre Vado present: restaurants; port; fishmongers; ice cream parlors; pizzerias; Cafe; newsstands; convenience store; tobacco shop; fruits and vegetables. For all other services such as banks, post offices and supermarkets we recommend Morciano di Leuca just 2 km away.
Towels/bed linen are available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person.
Tourist tax to be paid on site.
In case of excessive electrical consumption, a small flat rate extra charge for the air conditioner of 0.50 E/ kwh over 30kwh will be applied.
Pets allowed only and exclusively on request and with supplement to be paid on arrival.
