About this house rental
The house is in a very quiet dead end.
The house is renovated and ready to welcome you with optimal comfort. For info the house has just undergone a serious refreshment. The housing is being restored at the end of September 2019: on the outside, all the terraces have been redone and an overflowing jacuzzi on the pool has been installed. Inside, the bathrooms have been renovated and we have created a 4th bathroom. We also added a second fridge in the back kitchen. We have evolved the house as a whole on a pile of small details so that it is more practical and more aesthetic. But the spirit remains the same. We will have the new pictures in early October to put them online.
Each room has new bedding of high quality and bed 160X200.
The central space of the house with its open kitchen, harmoniously separates the night parties. Ideal for families with children.
Very comfortable because entirely of plain feet, a veranda borders all the facade sea and swimming pool.
you are located on the commune of Gosier but halfway between the beaches of Sainte-Anne (club Med beach) and that of Gosier.
Right next to the house you can go directly to the deep-sea road (which is rare on the island), which allows you to reach the low ground avoiding all the traffic jams of the coastal road. You can not go to Guadeloupe without having access to the beautiful natural parks and beaches of the Basse Terre which are on this wild part of the island. The big cove is copacabana without the buildings ... go to Paradise to cascades etc ...
You can laze by the pool which is 9 x4, relax in the jacuzzi and take a nap under the veranda (or in the rooms, all air conditioned).
You can go down for a morning bath or a fitness trail to the beach of small harbor, where is also the best surf spot of this part of the island. The kite surf is 10 minutes on the beach of St Felix. and of course the municipal beach of Saint Anne, beautiful with all its small restaurants!
To explore the island, you need a car. Nevertheless there are buses that pass at the end of the street.
Upon arrival a minimum will be delivered (toilet paper, salt, vinegar, oil ...)
The concierge will greet you upon arrival to give you the keys and give you the operation of the house. It will also take a print of CB for the deposit of 1500 € and you will cash the household of exit of an amount of 250 €.
An umbrella bed is also available.

We got off to a rough start and had trouble finding the house. Then at 8Pm the power went out and we spent the first night there with no power or water. By the way VRBO is absolutely no help whatsoever. We returned later the following day from a boat excursion and the power was back on, only to go out again for a short period of time that night. The house itself was very nice with a great pool area in the back with a wonderful view. The weather was perfect and the water around the island was beautiful. Try not to drive during rush hour as the traffic is bad.

Magnifique villa tres bien située. spacieuse et tres bien distribuée, ideale pour plusieurs familles.
La vue est magnifique et les aperitifs avec le coucher de soleil sur la baie resteront inoubliables.
De plus la maison et la cuisine sont tres bien equipées, ce qui a été agréable pour nous qui aimons cuisiner.
Merci a Sylvia pour ses precieux conseils et à Mireille pour son accueil.
