* For heated water in the hot tub, an additional charge of €45 per day applies from May to October. Please notify us at least 2 days before check-in to have it ready for you.
* Operation months for jacuzzi: May to October.

Stayed at Rock villas for one week in August. Had the most fantastic time. The villa was brand new, with decor that was very unique and spotlessly clean. We had clean sheets and towells throughout the week along with the added extras of bathroom cosmetics. The welcome pack of fruits, water, bread, juices on arrival was greatly appreciated as we arrived late at night. The owner was the most friendly and helpful I have dealt with in all the years I have been booking villas via the Internet. And I must mention the Manager, Kostas who was available for any query or advice needed, from arranging car hire to advice on where to go, and meeting us on arrival late into the night. The villa was located very near bars, shops, beaches, all within walking distance. But also the village still retains a very traditional Greek feel. I would highly recommend Rock Villas for a romantic holiday or family. I can't wait to return and I thank you once again.

Gracious host. Very accommodating. Property is off the beaten path. Definitely for adventurous type. If looking for a more traditional property this may not be for you. Again if you are adventurous this is a unique property and will provide a positive unique experience
