About this house rental
The house is located in a natural park and is a very quiet area. Beautiful stone house of the seventeenth century restored with wooden floors, and totally new facilities, garden 120m, brick barbecue, pool and well. On the upper floor 3 double bedrooms and one single and a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dining room a spacious and comfortable 90m and a toilet.
The accommodation "El trull" is an old oil mill from which the circular grinding stone is preserved.
The house is completely restored with hardwood floors, which gives it warmth. Equipped with all the comforts. With a garden where you can enjoy a barbecue or cool off in the pool, surrounded by citrus.
It is a very quiet place, in the natural park of Albera. Very well communicated.

Great house in a small, very quiet and cosy village, more than enough space, everything available what we needed, very comfortable large bed and a nice surrounded garden. Beach Roses 15m, and many other also closeby. Restaurants and some shops in next village Gariguella. Larger supermarket in Roses. Central location to coast as inland travels, as well as cities as Girona & Figueres. Very nice owner, easy and quick communication and very helpful. Lives above the house but we experienced 100% privacy. Recommended!

Eduardo was great he was very helpful answering any questions we had prior to our arrival, the house was spacious and cool in heat the large bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all you required, overall enjoyed our stay very much.
