Escape to a quieter side of Lake Tulloch at our panoramic south shore home.

Please note: Due to Tri-Dam’s invasive species prevention efforts, public launch ramps are currently closed for motorized boats. The public launch ramp is expected to be open by Spring 2026, with a same-day inspection process. In the meantime, the lake remains fully open for kayaks, paddleboards, swimming, fishing, and birdwatching. With fewer boats on the water, this is a rare chance to experience Lake Tulloch’s serene beauty—calm, clear, and refreshingly peaceful.

From our private shoreline, you can swim off the dock, paddle across glassy coves, or simply float and soak up the stillness. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—it's common to spot osprey, bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, and other native species soaring overhead.

The property was just what my wife and I, our adult children and young grandchildren were looking for this year for our annual summer getaway. There’s plenty of room, awesome view through the large windows and spacious rooms. The boat dock was an amazing plus as we were able to launch our boat on arrival and keep it tied up during our entire stay . Allowing for easy access when we wanted to go out on the lake. Check in was easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We’d definitely go back.

We had the most memorable trip in your beautiful home! The floor to ceiling windows looking out to the lake was our favorite part! Love that there are multiple hang out spaces for everyone. The beds and couches are very comfortable. Overall loved this house and would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Lake Tulloch. House was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the living room/kitchen was amazing. I was worried about the waves off the lake, but we strapped down the boat as advised by the owners, and it worked great. I can'[t wait to go back with my family again!!

This was a great house for my family of 8. All adults and one infant. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor, but still felt cozy. Great kitchen with lots of accessories, utensils and place settings. Unfortunately the power went out for about 12hrs while we were there, not the homeowners fault, just know that happens occasionally up there. Prepare yourself for a LOT of stairs. It was geat having a private dock and the water was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location! We went with family and each had our own separate floor each with our own bathroom. So nice to have own space! The stairs are a challenge, but it is Lake Tulloch, so we knew this going into it. The cabin is fully stocked and we had a great stay! Response time was incredibly fast! Would love to stay again!

The property is stunning and very comfy! There is nothing better than sitting on a comfy couch, with a big blanket, in front of those big windows looking out onto the lake! The place is big enough for everyone to have their own little corner but it maintains the warmth of a home that is yours! Looking forward to our next stay at the Tulloch Lake House!

For the last 30+ years I have been coordinating a lake side camping trip with family and friends. Now that some of us have donated our tents it was time to find a lake side house. This house was perfect for us. Not too fancy, and very close to the lake. It would have been nice to have the option to hang out on land lake side as well as on the dock, but there wasn't an area near the house to do it. All and all, everyone in the group enjoyed their stay and had a great time. Thank you!

I think for the amount of money that we paid to stay in that home people could put a little bit more effort into decorating and keeping it clean. Cabinets were sticky floor is coming apart and furniture was ridiculous.

The house was fantastic and we had a great time. It had every amenity that we wanted. Only negatives were...(1)we could not get the internet to work all weekend. (2). The boat/dock access was great, but because of the close in proximity to the no wake zone and the fact that the boaters came really close to the dock, it made for a ton of waves. It was to dangerous to swim off the dock. But most importantly the waves absolutely destroyed our pontoon boat and jet skis. The constant slamming into the cement dock caused multiple damages to all vessels. Over all we would recommend this property but definitely be aware of the waves.

The photos do not do the place justice. The views from the house are stunning. The only cons is that the house is a bit run down (loose cabinets, cracked tiles, loud squeaky stairs, pool table very worn down). Don't let that deter you. If you are like us and don't mind the small issues and are looking for a nice relaxing and refreshing getaway, this place is for you. We had an incredible time and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great house and great location. Best view of the lake. The house was clean had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had internet issues when we got there but Tassa emailed and already took steps to resolve the issue before I needed to contact her. Location was great. Within the Tulloch campgrounds so boat rental was walking distance and the general store at the campground was also convient. Will be coming back if this house is available next year.

We visit Tulloch Lake every year and always rent a house. We have stayed here before and it was great. The view is one of the better ones. The updated air conditioner was a plus. We would stay here again. Thank You for sharing your home with our family.

Great family location!

We stayed at this house for a family lake trip and it was our first time visiting Lake Tulloch. The house is spacious inside for family dinners/game nights and the panoramic views of the Lake are more beautiful in person. The stairs are steep to get to the dock but manageable. My mom is 60 and we have 4 year old and they both were able to go up and down (with breaks! Lol). Having a private dock is definitely a plus! We didn’t swim too much off the dock but had a jet ski and rented a boat. We looked for a beach area for the kids but couldn’t find one so it’s good we had some water toys to play with. Overall, we loved the house and the Lake.

We had a wonderful time staying at the tulloch lake house. We had a beautiful view of the lake. It had a Private dock for your use. The boat launching facility was walking distance from the house around three minutes. The house was very clean and was well-stocked. And I would not hesitate to rent it out again. There was also a marina with the general store/restaurant in the marina

Owner is responsive and listens to the guests needs, input, etc. The house was spacious to accommodate our family. The room with the bunk beds was great and the kids favorite room. Loved the view of the lake from the kitchen and sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. The walk down to the dock can be difficult for the elderly and anyone who is disabled. The steps are steep and it’s quite a way down. We loved the dock below as we can sit and eat as we watched our kids swim and the boats pass by. This home is spacious and lovely ! This is our second stay in this home and we will be back next year!
