About this bed and breakfast
The suite is on the first floor of a very nice Andalusian style villa located in a residence built on a Phoenician archaeological site.
This exclusive and quiet neighborhood of La Marsa, is close to Sidi Bou Said and Carthage with their stunning views of the sea.
It is also close to several restaurants, tea rooms, typical local cafes, bars, nightclubs & trendy lounges.
Tunis is 15 km away. The lake of Tunis halfway.
20 minutes from Tunis-Carthage International Airport.
Public transport nearby.
Parking front villa (regular round of security)
The suite includes:
1- a large room with balcony, open on a
2- a large dressing room whose central space is arranged in living room or sofa bed if additional person,
3- a large private bathroom with bath, shower, wc, bidet and double sink and heated ladder for towels.
A very relaxing bedding for the main bed of two places.
Sheets and towels are changed every 4 days.
The suite is equipped with TV, WIFI, thermostat for central heating, air conditioning and several sockets and fixtures and a room service bell.
Access to a pretty Mediterranean garden decorated with cacti, jasmine, aromatic and medicinal plants, citrus fruits and bougainvillea flamboyant colors.
Bench seats, on both sides of a fountain, are covered with traditional ceramic tiles and adorned with seats and cushions in linen highlight, in the season, traditional tables nicely set up to welcome your meals (on reservation) or moments of relaxation in the shade. A stone fountain throne in the center of the garden and plunges it into a peaceful and zen atmosphere by the music of water.
Access, for breakfast or to receive visitors for a mint tea, a bright, pleasant lounge, or subtly blend the comfort and authenticity features of the villa.
The host keeps a table d'hôte combining finesse and tradition, fine menus faithful to the Tunisian soil and customizable according to your tastes (reservation 24 hours in advance).
Breakfast and cleaning are included in the price. Shuttle service from the airport (surcharge).

Excellent séjour,hôtesse chaleureuse,très a l’écoute,d’une remarquable disponibilité,n’hésitant pas à endosser le rôle de guide quand elle en a le temps.Sans oublier que c’est un véritable cordon bleu...
Bref,de beaux souvenirs que nous aura laissé ce voyage.

We had a wonderful time! The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the hostess went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The hostess is very hospitable and made us a wonderful breakfast. She even let us use her personal items (candle holders, silver table settings...) to make our anniversary stay more special.
