About this house rental
Modern vacation house in a large wooded park, surrounded by an oaks forest, the cork oaks, and kilometers of trails for walking, running or cycling. Just 17 minutes bike by the "Velodyssée" bikepath, or 6 minutes drive to the ocean and stunning beaches.
A few shops, brasserie, restaurant, horseback riding and tennis courts at the village 1.8km.
Open-plan Living room - kitchen/dining space/TV lounge with fireplace onto East and West wood decks, wide bay-windows overlooking the park, the nature environment on all sides.
The Living room distributes on one side 2 bedrooms sharing the bathroom with bath, opposite side 1 bedroom next to the shower room, separate toilet.
Partially covered terraces on 3 sides for eating outdoors or sitting on the sunny terraces, watching the sunset or a sky full of stars at night.
Outdoor eating areas, plancha, remote-controlled shade blind, large sunshades, transats, interior roller blinds. WIFI fiber optic.
Smart TV-HD/satelite -TNT channels, Orange TV, Canal+. IPhone station.
DVD player, DVDs.
3 bicycles.
We provide for each bed:
Duvets, pillows, mattress and pillows covers, sheets on request, disposable sheets at disposal.
Basic 4 bath towels.
A timeframe of 3/4hr after the last occupation applied for cleaning and preparation of the house.

Close to the beautiful "Vélodyssée" cycle path along the coast, easily accessible from the house, links the villages, the ocean and its magnificent beaches,the marine lake of Port d'Albret.

C’est une maison bien conçue et très agréable à vivre à six avec des espaces privilégiés et un grand terrain sans vis à vis où se ressourcer dans le calme.
Proche de la mer en vélo et des commerces, c’est un cadre idéal pour de belles vacances.
