* 4 balconies.
The access is via a wide external staircase.
In warm periods, opportunity to eat on the balcony (for 2/3 persons).
You are welcome with a car, as there is an internal parking place accessed via electrically operated gate (for 1 vehicle). However you can find parking on the main road.
Each room is equipped with heating fitted with programmable thermostatic controls; the master bedroom has air conditioning. The apartment has continuous hot water production. All rooms are equipped with Schuko sockets. All of our windows and doors are equipped with screens (new from 2024)

The sea is 2.5Km away, with a choice at either free beach or beach with bathhouse. The beach has fine golden sand. Perfect for families with children. The beach is easy to reach either by bike or walk along the cycle path leading down to the beach or along the path through the pine forest.
The Massaciuccoli Lake (Lago di Massaciuccoli), overlooked by the Belvedere Puccini, the open-air theatre and the Villa/museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini, is 3.5Km away.
Viareggio applies the touristic tax to be paid cash at your arrival (at the moment €1.50 per person aged from 18 years for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt accordingly.
At your arrival we will need to see your documents.
The price includes energy costs (except air conditioning) from 15 June to 15 September; in the other periods water, electricity and gaz are at guest account.
