THE TERRACE is an apartment of about mq75, on the first floor of the building that served as barn and the old mill barn.
The interior is on two levels.
Entrance; kitchen with table and chairs, sofa, refrigerator, 4 burner stove, sink. living terrace. bathroom with shower room. bedroom loft bed with bedside cabinet and ladder leading to the loft. Here two single beds and chairs, coffee table and wardrobe.
All windows overlook the garden and the small lake with natural vegetation.
The house is in the countryside surrounded by greenery of a large garden of chairs and table with above ground pool, unguarded parking, private entrance.
The location is convenient to many services, so as to also reach on foot: a well-stocked supermarket, a good restaurant and pizzeria, the center of the country with a great ice cream, good pizza and the local market on Sunday.
Sbrisolona pie, pumpkin ravioli, tortellini, capunsei and other specialties of taverns, restaurants, inns, farmhouses that offer these mangiari cooked with old recipes a few minutes drive away.
