On the banks of the Zambezi this camp is ideally situated, particularly for fishing. We had a great early morning boat trip - just us and a very experienced guide. Bird life amazing. Typical " Camping To Go " accommodation, next to self campers. Camp management was excellent, as were the staff.
We were hoping for a peaceful couple of days before continuing our journey to Botswana. Unfortunately there was a large group of campers which included a large number of very noisy, feral children. Peace shattered!! Not the camp's management's fault but something to consider when taking bookings. Need to warn others who have booked. We would not have booked if we had known in advance. Also the fixed tents were sited in a circle not taking advantage of the riverside. Local Shebeen plays loud music into the night.
