Converted mill with private pool. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Private walled garden. Located in the hamlet of La Molineta near the white village of Frigiliana. A beautiful house decorated with hand made tiles and original artwork.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor is a lovely rustic kitchen with breakfast bar, a twin bedroom and bathroom. Leading from the kitchen is the lounge with wood burning stove, views to the sea and wooden floor. Joined to the lounge through an arch is the dining room with French doors opening to the dining terrace with built in BBQ and the sun terrace with private pool (6m.x4m.)
Cleaning
we have been using the same local team of cleaners for more almost 30 years with consistently superb results.
The house is cleaned thoroughly for each new arrival and then weekly if you stay longer.
All towels, beach towels and linens sent out to a professional laundry where they are washed at high temperatures and with products that kill 100% of germs and bacteria.
All linen is changed for each stay and then weekly.
All floors and surfaces are sanitised with bleach at least once a week.
I live nearby so can provide for anything else you need during your stay with me.

It’s really a charming little place to stay with a great outdoor space and the upstairs bedroom windows open up all the way so you can let lots of air in. Parking is a little minimal so a large vehicle is not recommended. It is near the sea so there’s a little bit of a damp smell but all the windows open up and there’s a nice breeze. If you like beer there’s a little pub right there in the complex. Complex is on a main road between Frigiliana and Nerja so go for going both directions.

Outdoor space lovely.Air conditioning in all rooms would be an improvement and, we understand from the owner, that this is planned in the near future.

My daughter and I had an amazing week staying at the incredibly special Casa Rosa. The villa exceeded our expectations and was the perfect combination of old world charm and modern comfort. Frigiliana is just a stones throw away and was a perfect place to explore, shop and dine. And Nerja being just down the road was perfect for beaches and larger grocery stores and amenities, etc. Stephen was very responsive to our needs while we were there and we had an incredibly relaxing and luxurious week at this beautiful villa in a stunning setting. I wish we were still there and I would go back in a heartbeat.
