Not far from town and easy to navigate around
The noise is real.... Its like the highway is your pillow... The dark coloured sheets and towels (kitchen and bathroom) were a turn off.

Jackie is an amazing host. So kind and welcoming; and her daughter is adorable 🙂. We did a last minute booking (hours before check in) and the booking was approved promptly. Our space was ready and had all of the nice touches. The place is clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfy. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked like it had all of the things you need to prepare your own meal, including a braai on the porch already stacked with wood. Jackie was a wealth of information about the area and had many suggestions for dinner. We had a car so getting around was not an issue. We were given a parting gift of home made chutney that was delicious!
We only booked for one night on our way to Oudtshoorn but wished we had more time to explore Mossil Bay.
