About this villa rental
It's a 3 double bedroom, fully equipped villa (built 2002), with new Mezzaine sun room leading out onto the new roof terrace, with a view towards the lake and Mediterranan. The villa is in a small lottisment of similar villas, with ample parking. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a large sun mezzaine and roof terrace and a bathroom with bath and shower over. Downstairs, is another double bedroom with en suite, shower room and a large open plan Lounge, kitchen, diner. The rear garden has a patio terrace area with dining furniture for 6 and sunloungers, with views towards the lake and Leucate Plage. It is within easy walking distance to the Mediterranean and wide sandy beach of Leucate Plage. It is located in a friendly traditional village which has 10 or more restaurants and cafes within walking distance. 20 mins from Perpignan Airport., 40 mins from Carcassonne Airport . Its location makes visits to Barcelona, Collioure, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan or Font Romeu (a ski resort), all accessible within an easy drive. You can visit the zoo at Sigean, play golf at St Cyprien, learn to wind surf or tele-ski on the nearby Etang or just relax on the beaches. We find something new to do and see each time we visit.

We enjoyed our vacation in this very nice house.
Everthing you need to have relaxed holidays is offered and the location closed to the city (supermarket, surf shops, bakery, ASO...) supports you with all stuff.
As surfer I loved the garage to store my tackle after a surfing day on the Etange“.

We had a great time in this house near Leucate. Walking distance to the charming village with restaurants and a short bicycle ride to the beaches. The patio was huge and the view was good too. Also the upper deck was comfortable. We were with two couples and had plenty of room. Supermarket just 2 minutes walking and a bicycle rental and busstop to Leucate Port across the street. The owners were very nice and gave good tips for the rental of the bicycles. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the sea. Modern conveniences with the comforts of home. Close to shops in the quaint nearby village and only 5 minutes from a spectacular beach on the Med. Within an hours drive from the more tourist area of Carcassonne. This quiet little gem is the best!
