This adorable beach cottage is located in Chicks Beach. Walk to beach is only 2 blocks away. Walk to Commonwealth brewery and other local hot spots. Fenced private front yard. Shared laundry area. This unit does have a attached apartment next to it. Back yard shared private front yard Outdoor shower , grill, stocked kitchen. There is a outdoor grill area with covered back porch. Pet friendly with approval. pet fee $125
2 cars parking only.

It was ideal for a dog-great back yard. Home was very clean and host readily available to fix the only hiccup we head which the TV not working. There was not a long list of things to do to check out-just empty trash.Host accommodated our need to add a day to our trip. We would return.

We love this place been here before and will continue to come back Perfect place to stay The flowers outside are amazing they smell so good we opened the windows just to smell them Just great all around

Great location ! Needs some updates! Fresh coat of paint would make things feel fresh and cleaner .Signs to locate laundry area would be great.I felt like the price was high for the condition of cottage..,
