Verrassende toegangsweg die leidt naar een prachtig gelegen vankantiehuis. Verzorgde tuin , met uniek gelegen zwembad prima verzorgd , verzorgdmet liefde en kunde.

Voor de eerste maal in het mooie Toscane op vakantie en al meteen een voltreffer. Casa Sesta, met zijn unieke tuin ( bijna park) en geweldig uitzicht, heeft ons hart veroverd. Op elk mooi plaatsje in de tuin staan ligstoelen of een tafel met stoelen. Zo kan je op elk moment van de dag genieten van de zon of schaduw en de prachtig, tot in de puntjes verzorgde tuin. De kinderen hebben het meest genoten van het zwembad dat ook weer zeer proper en goed onderhouden was. Er was ook een groententuin met allerlei groeten, kruiden en fruit (kersen, aardbeien,...) waar je vrij mocht plukken. Verder was er nog een speeltuintje en wat kipjes, ganzen en eenden. Voor de kids valt er dus wat te beleven.Het huis was ondanks het warme weer lekker koel.We werden heel vriendelijk onthaalt door ' la familia'. De eigenares spreekt Engels en geeft je antwoord op al je vragen. Ze maakt je wegwijs wat restaurantjes, Italiaanse gebruiken,... betreft.We werden samen met de andere gasten op een pizza- avond uitgenodigd. De kinderen mochten zelf hun pizza maken en bakken in de pizza-oven! We hebben steden zoals Arezzo en Siena bezocht, maar ook een lokaal marktje.
