Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Zwei separate Badezimmer mit Dusche sind ein großes Plus. Und zum Copacabana-Strand braucht man zu Fuß weniger als fünf Minuten!

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir zu dritt, jedoch war nur sehr wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Da die Vermieterin nicht bereit war, weiteres bereitzustellen, mussten wir selbst für Nachschub sorgen.

Me gusto que tuviera lavarropas y dos baños. Todo lo demas excelente, superlimpio, sabanas y toallas impecables y la anfitriona siempre disponible.

Departamento amplio y muy bien ubicado. Muy bien equipado. Seguridad 24hs que te abren la puerta de calle. La dueña, si bien no estaba, muy atenta por whatsapp para ayudar en todo lo que haga falta.

El sofá cama podría ser mejor.

Great location near pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the beach! Yet, it is very quiet at night. Internet/wifi was always reliable and fast. Owner's responses were quick, cordial and always respectful. The owner refunded the entire security deposit (which we paid in a cash equivalent) within 24hrs of checking-out :)

Booking does not make it clear that 1) the owner requires a security deposit to be paid OUTSIDE the booking platform, 2) how people living outside Brazil can make a bank transfer to pay for the security deposit and then get refunded without paying large bank fees. Customer Service took 2 months to get back to me when I asked about the legitimacy of the owner's request. Luckily, the owner was patient and very understanding of my initial mistrust; if you live outside Brazil, the she can help you figure out how to make the security payment, i.e.; wise app.
