Large 4 Bedroom Villa with BBQ Terrace, WIFI, Air Con, and Private Pool

Outstanding villa, spotless and very spacious indoor and outdoor. Fantastic pool and BBQ area. Fernando and team were brilliant. Location great for us , used Uber to get around which was great. Would definitely recommend

The property was exactly how described and was perfect for us as a family. Fernando and his team were great and explained everything to us along with getting the Villa ready well before the expected time.

This is a very well equipped& large villa in very good condition & also away from noise & nightlife so you can nip in and out of it if you want to in cheap Uber. Some nice local Portuguese restaurants within walking distance . We had a couple of issues (broken umbrellas)which the very helpful & friendly local maintenance man Fernando replaced on same day. In all a very nice villa in a good location.

If you’ve booked to stay here, you’re in for a real treat! This villa is so well thought out, clean, spacious and secure - it’s perfect! The owner, Kevin, is very responsive and helpful, providing great information before your stay. Fernando is also available for any assistance or local knowledge whilst you’re there. We raised the issue of there being no plug in the kitchen sink, or enough wine glasses (only 3 - all different sizes) and it was rectified fairly quickly. A small issue, but we really appreciated it being acknowledged and sorted.The villa is in a great location. We walked to the O’ Poente restaurant (5mins) and requested a large taxi to the old town from there, enjoying a drink (€0.75 for a small glass of wine!) whilst we waited. The taxi was €8, but I’m sure it was charged at a higher rate as we needed a minibus for 6 of us and would be more like 5€ for a normal car. We enjoyed a lovely meal in O Poente, which was also very reasonable. The villa is also close to many beautiful beaches (small car/taxi ride away).The only disappointment we experienced at the villa was the pool/outdoor BBQ area lights are on a timer which come on at 8.50pm (needs to be slightly earlier if you’re eating outside) and off at 12.20am (we wanted to sit outside for longer and ended up buying candles). The new BBQ area is such a lovely addition to the villa, it’s such a shame it can’t be enjoyed for longer. The pool is a fantastic size and didn’t disappoint. There are also eight sturdy sunbeds to use and poolside towels were provided. :)The TV is enormous and having Netflix was a great bonus for keeping the young children indoors and entertained during the high heat of the day. The WiFi was also fab and allowed iPads and mobile devices to be used with no issues. The bedrooms are great (my sister loved ‘the tower’ room) and balconies provide a stunning view across the area. The towels are changed half-way through the week too, which is great and we were informed which day this would be. We were unaware that the people who look after the villa would also appear on our final day to tidy/clean the pool and garden (bit of a shock when you’re lying half-asleep on a lilo!) but they only stayed approx 40mins, so we grabbed some lunch inside.Overall, we loved our family holiday here and would highly recommend this villa for families or groups of friends as you will not be disappointed!! Hoping to return as it was simply AMAZING!!
