La Casa di Nina – or, how to offer vintage aesthetics, luxury, the sunshine of the Mediterranean, a world-famous tourist resort and a fantastic swimming pool all at once! In the buzzing Laganas seaside settlement, La Casa di Nina will be your home and your base for an unforgettable experience of Zakynthos Island!
La Casa di Nina has sublime vintage decoration. It measures 150sqm and can sleep up to 10 guests! It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and two bathrooms.
• Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom, kitchenette and a veranda with a view of the garden. It is air-conditioned and is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a sofa-bed.
• Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned and features a king-sized bed and a veranda with a view of the garden.
• Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned and features a queen-sized bed and a veranda with a view of the garden.
• Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned and features a queen-sized bed and a veranda with a view of the garden.
The comfortable living room has a sofa that, upon request, can be turned into a double bed accommodating two additional guests. Moreover, it also features a standard single sofa-bed where another guest can sleep.
The outdoor area is truly something worthy of admiration; a built BBQ with a dining area covered in lush greenery, as well as a brand-new luxurious swimming pool!
The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
*The La Casa di Nina owners live on the first-floor apartment. The guests’ privacy is guaranteed, since the apartment’s veranda is oriented at the other side (not at the swimming pool).
*The washing machine can be used with a extra charge.
