The best thing is the private onsen bath space, just go for it for that only. Room is small and adjacent to each other with not much noise proof. Location is close to Yufuin prime spots.

The location was great! It was right next to the Miffy Bakery and the Snoopy Cafe so I was very satisfied. The house itself was very cute and comfortable. I loved the onsen and wished I had spent more time in it. The owner was very kind and easy to talk to. Definitely would come back!
The bed was a little squeaky and I was afraid I was going to break it lol

The private indoor and outdoor onsen were definitely a highlight
The bed is soft but a bit hard to assemble. I would have appreciated a softer pillow and a thicker blanket

The shared kitchen and living room was very clean and welcoming. The staff/owner was very kind and helpful, too. The main highlight was the beautiful private outdoor onsen. We really liked having an outdoor bath for personal use. There are some cool things to see near the location.
The location was a bit hard to find. It's kind of hidden down a side road, and it was tough to find a road our car could fit down. The rooms are minimalist for the price: basic futons, small TV, air conditioning that doesn't work, very thin walls, etc.
