Great hotel near the beach with air conditioning & comfortable beds. The hot tub and pool were wonderful! We thought we had booked a room with balcony (per pictures), but the staff told us they did not have any left when we arrived. A different staff person was able to accommodate us in a room with balcony for 1 of our 2 nights, which showed good customer service.
Rooms on the first floor have a limited sea view (the seaside restaurants are directly in front of the hotel). We recommend that you ask for a room on a higher floor when you reserve.

Breakfast was not included
Price was different when I arrived. Hotel was more like an institution, no windows. Loud. There are better places on the malecon. Breakfast was not complementary as stated in some of the other reviews
