Spacious property with good size swimming pool

The propetry was not clean, there was mould in the bathrooms which I brought to the team’s attention, someone came to clean the proprety 2 days later but didn’t clean it properly, one of them was on her phone instead of cleaning and they left really quick. It was advertised that the villa will be cleaned 3 times a week and towels( there don’t provide hand towels) and bed linen changed 2 times a week, this never happened in 7 days we stayed there, only the pool towels were changed on our request.The electricity was advertised as 6TBH/unit and we were asked for 8TBH/unit.

La piscine trop proche des arbres qui perdent leurs feuilles et qui tombent directement dans la piscine. Les marches de la piscine qui ne sont pas finies ou alors très mal faîtes et qui font très mal aux pieds. Sinon pour le reste c'est assez correct, peut-être un petit coup de rafraîchissement dans les salles de bain.

The villa is spacious and well suited to a larger group. • Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a real plus and makes sharing very easy. • The communal areas are well laid out and comfortable for spending time together. • The pool itself is lovely and a great feature of the villa. • The location is excellent — Rawai is a short walk away, with plenty of local restaurants and bars within easy reach. • The team very kindly allowed us a late checkout until 7pm on our departure day, free of charge. This was extremely generous, made a huge difference to our final day, and we were very grateful for the flexibility.

The villa feels a little tired in places, particularly the bathrooms, which would benefit from some updating. • Hot water in the showers was limited, with water only ever getting slightly warm. • One of the showers had no fitting to hold the shower head, which made it awkward to use. • The pool steps are quite unusual in design, with tiled steps that made getting in and out a little difficult, particularly for some guests. • The air conditioning in one bedroom wasn’t working. This had been raised in a previous review and we were advised before arrival that it had been resolved, but unfortunately it wasn’t. We flagged it on arrival, though it wasn’t fixed during our stay. • For a villa that sleeps up to 10 guests, more sun loungers would be helpful. There were four available, and although we requested additional ones, only one was delivered. • Cleaning could be more frequent, or there could be an option to request additional cleaning during the stay, even at an extra cost. • The website listed the option to hire a private chef, but this wasn’t available during our stay, which may be worth clarifying for future guests.

beds are very uncomfortable, bed sheets need updating and so do the pillows and mattresses.
