Just spent 31 days at Marks apartment and we had a lovely time.The place was clean,comfortable and well equipped, which suited us as we ate in most of the time.We particularly liked walking out to the morning sun on the patio.The sun loungers were a plus as not all the apartments at Praia Village have them.Communication with Mark was very good.The location was excellent.Definitely one we will consider for the future.

Inside and out the Kitchen,Lounge and Bedroom were excellent.Pool area and garden area were well kept.We would definitely return sometime in the future.

Fantastic experience and trip. Since we booked the trip Mark has been very hospitable and answered any questions we had a timely manner. We’ve stayed previously within the complex but our first visit to this apartment and we’ll definitely be back. Big spacious rooms and you’re able to walk right into the well groomed gardens and into the pool from the rear patio door. Very clean overall and with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the walk into the Marina a couple of times a day and we also hired a car, but it’s not really necessary at this apartment. Obrigado Mark.

We stayed in apartment J at Praia Village at Vilamoura for a week in June.The apartment was exellent we found it very spacious and furnished to a high standard.The complex itself is very relaxing and has a friendly atmosphere.There's plenty to do night and day & we found the location perfect its about a 15 min walk to the beach or the marina which we found very pleasant. Down at the marina there's a large variety of bars & restuarants which we found of high quality we didn't have a bad meal all week.All in all we had a fantastic week & would recommend it to anyone.
